I made known to the hygienist, Jody, that I’m a senior with a limited pension, and I’m operating on a tight budget even with the dental care benefit. She told me that she’d only do what I really needed; since my teeth looked good, I would not need the other services. Been coming to Dr Cha for many years now because of the genuine care for my dental health. Him along with all the staff are always eager to make the experience as easy and non stressful as possible, and for me that is the reason I will recommend this clinic to everyone I know. We couldn’t be more grateful for Dr.Cha!! I brought my 11 year old son in at 4:00pm on a Thursday of a long weekend and asked if they could squeeze him to pull a stubborn loose molar that was bothering him, so it didn’t ruin his provincial ball weekend! My son was super nervous and Dr. Cha was able to make him feel comfortable! Got him hooked up to nitrous oxide, applied some numbing gel and removed the tooth without my son even noticing!! I had a wonderful experience here! I was from out of town and needed emergency care for a chipped tooth. They took me right in, and the entire team was incredibly kind, welcoming, and professional. You can tell they are highly experienced at what they do. I felt completely taken care of and am so grateful for their quick help
