The staff at this client are very professional, efficient and kind. They have very accommodating when I have had emergency concerns. Their support staff are well informed and make you feel welcome. I would highly recommend them to anyone seeking a dentist.
I'll give them 5 stars after I get all my teeth fixed. But I fired my last dentist to the fact. They didn't listen to me in fact, they almost played me.Kick out my keys without any backup in place.So I was very, very upset at that dentist.This dentist is much much better but after I finish all my work and I'm happy with it. I had a great experience at East Van Dental Clinic! They are very thorough when it comes to cleaning teeth — my teeth felt super clean and fresh after my appointment. The hygienists are gentle but also make sure everything is done properly. What I really appreciate is how good they are with children. The staff are patient, kind, and know how to make kids feel comfortable, even if they’re nervous. They explain everything in a way kids can understand and make it a positive experience for them. Vivian was a wonderful hygienist. My fear of dentists has lowered dramatically. The ladies at the front desk were very kind and wonderful. I look forward to my next visit.
