Had a whole check up done. Took about 1hr 40min. Staff was very friendly and professional. The hygienist was very thorough and did a great job of explaining things as they unfolded. The doctor did a great job explaining my current condition and things to improve on as well. Great job all around.
I had a mixed experience at this dental office. The dentist who checked me over was super nice, caring, and took the time to help me out. I really appreciated that part. However, the front desk experience was disappointing. The two receptionists were rude and didn’t make me feel welcomed at all. On top of that, my card was charged even though I wasn’t aware of it and wasn’t able to pay at the time. It was frustrating to find out after the fact. A very thorough and professional routine treatment. My hygienist Kristy always does an amazing job - I always look forward to my visit and appreciate her attentiveness and gentleness. As well, Dr Lepage provides a comprehensive oral health assessment and always takes time to discuss any concerns. I highly recommend this team to anyone seeking high level, excellent dental care.
I had a terribly infected tooth and was able to be seen on a Saturday morning appointment, even though I had never been there before. I was in a lot of pain and I was prescribed what I needed to recover enough to get the treatment I needed a few days later. So far so good. All the staff was kind and patient. Dr. Mahmood was very conscientious and explain what was happening throughout the entire procedure.
This was my first visit to my dentist Dr. Marie-Claude Lepage's new location. My appointment was with my long time hygienist Kristy. Kristy was friendly and very professional as usual. The location at Least Eastboro Dental is well located and has plenty of parking. The staff were friendly and the waiting room was comfortable and clean. I was called in on time for my appointment. Kristy and Dr. Lepage were very thorough in their work. I would definitely recommend Eastboro Dental to my family and friends.
