Both dentist and assistant were extremely kind, and empathetic to my situation. I have a fear of dentists after a traumatic extraction that still haunts me 20 years later. I try to take care of my teeth because of this and put off getting treatment until I have no choice but to sit in that damn chair again. Most dentists shame me for that very reason but not them. Good job guys. I still hate going to the dentist but you make it somewhat bearable which is HIGH praise coming from me.
Crown replacement was done. The prep visit was good and the follow up visit to have the crown put in and adjusted was really good. They did a great job on this one, it looks like a natural tooth, I wish all my other ones looked that good. The others were done by another dentist. I have been going here for years now it like they treat you like family. Thanks for your continued dental care.
Very happy with the speed of service. Had a chipped tooth. Thought it would be multiple visits but it was repaired the same day. Staff are all very friendly as well. All my past appointments have been great. I’ve been going to Eastside Dental for a few years. Previous Offices I went to were ok but not great. If you’re looking for a dental office; I highly recommend Eastside Dental.
I have been a patient of Eastside Dental for decades. When Dr. Mario DiPonio retired a few years ago, I was placed under his son's care, Dr. Chris DiPonio. Both have taken excellent care of me over the years My Hegienist, Jenna makes the annual cleanings a pleasant experience as well. The office is modern, clean, has lots of parking &.easily accessible. I highly recommend them & have for years!
Dr Serra is so gentle and kind. His staff, especially Corey, are so friendly, smiling and make you feel so well cared for. I highly recommend Eastside Dental for all your dental needs!
