The receptionist at the front desk was extremely helpful and pleasant. She was a delight. She had a big smile on her face as I entered and I told her it was nice to see her smile first thing in the morning. The dentist was very professional and also a perfectionist. The dentist’s assistant was very welcoming and we laughed together. It was a truly great experience and I really don’t like going to the dentist.
Very happy with the speed of service. Had a chipped tooth. Thought it would be multiple visits but it was repaired the same day. Staff are all very friendly as well. All my past appointments have been great. I’ve been going to Eastside Dental for a few years. Previous Offices I went to were ok but not great. If you’re looking for a dental office; I highly recommend Eastside Dental.
Both dentist and assistant were extremely kind, and empathetic to my situation. I have a fear of dentists after a traumatic extraction that still haunts me 20 years later. I try to take care of my teeth because of this and put off getting treatment until I have no choice but to sit in that damn chair again. Most dentists shame me for that very reason but not them. Good job guys. I still hate going to the dentist but you make it somewhat bearable which is HIGH praise coming from me.
Very professional. Didn’t has to wait to be called. Dr Mirza was very kind, funny and explain very well the next steps for my treatment. Hygienist Sam and Jenna that took care of me were very gentle and knowledgeable about their work. Will recommend this office to anybody that needs dental help.
Dr. Serra and his staff are the best! As you arrive you will be greeted by friendly faces willing to assist you. I have many years of dental baggage but Dr. Serra and Corey are aware and most accommodating. My anxiety is a problem for me but not for them. They have a keen interest in their clients while providing excellent care.This professional, kind, caring team deserves 5 stars.
