I was very impressed with Dr. Chris DiPonio. Always friendly yet very professional. I had a root canal done and he was always concerned that I didn’t feel any pain during the very long procedure. His dental assistant Sidney was also very proficient and the two of them worked well together as though they have been working together for many years. Eastside Dental has such an awesome staff always welcoming. I never had to wait more than 5 minutes for my appointment. The hygienist is so gentle and not torturing you. If you are not happy with your dentist and results, I highly recommend Eastside Dental.
I went in today as a new patient and was absolutely thrilled with the entire experience. The ladies at the front desk were so sweet, I didn't have to wait at all, and the whole office is stunning. The best part though was Dr. Serra and his dental assistant. They were both so friendly and I felt very comfortable from the start of my appointment. The entire staff are so friendly and they were very thorough and professional in helping to assess my problem, and the different possible solutions to pursue, and the reasoning for each. I felt well informed and in control when I left. Shout out to Dr. Serra and Cory today, and Janice for many years of friendly service. Keep up the good work Eastside Dental! 👏
