I have nothing but amazing things to say about Eastside Dental!! From Dr. Reddam to now Dr. Serra, the office staff, and all the past and present Dental Hygienists I've had, I've been a patient there since I was a toddler, and I am 38 now and the service is still awesome. My wife's Crown came off and dentist put it back. Dentist spent 5 minutes, dental assistant spent 10 minutes. Charged 230. Dentist examined the tooth for about 10 seconds and for that he charged $157. Dental office confirmed they can charge such amount while time spent on examining teeth is irrelevant. Its a great way to rob people. N.B.: The crown they put back, fell off yesterday. Dont talk about service quality.
One of my crowns popped off during flossing. Called this am to get an appointment and was able to see Dr. Paul Serra before 3:30 this afternoon. He was able to cement it back on and this 10 year old crown may last another few years. Highly recommend Eastside Dental, especially Paul Serra!
3 generations of our family go to East Side Dental! Very happy with my Hygenist. Dr. Serra is the best! The front office staff are friendly and always smiling! They are also very helpful.
Dr. Paul has been amazing with my kids every time they’re at the dentist. He made them comfortable during the procedures and was able to finish in a timely manner so as to limit the actual amount of time that they spent in the chair. I confidently recommend this dental practice to anyone who’s looking for a new dentist or to change to a different dentist.
