I was very impressed with Dr. Chris DiPonio. Always friendly yet very professional. I had a root canal done and he was always concerned that I didn’t feel any pain during the very long procedure. His dental assistant Sidney was also very proficient and the two of them worked well together as though they have been working together for many years. I went in today as a new patient and was absolutely thrilled with the entire experience. The ladies at the front desk were so sweet, I didn't have to wait at all, and the whole office is stunning. The best part though was Dr. Serra and his dental assistant. They were both so friendly and I felt very comfortable from the start of my appointment. The entire staff are so friendly and they were very thorough and professional in helping to assess my problem, and the different possible solutions to pursue, and the reasoning for each. I have been going to east side dental for years.DR Murza(hope i spelled that right)shes the best and all her students. , so is everyone that greets you with a smile every single time. This place makes going to the dentist such a pleasant experience. The entire staff is amazing. Always so welcoming and friendly. And I always leave with a smile on my face. They go above and beyond to make you feel safe and comfortable.
