Great experience! The staff are very friendly, kind, and welcoming. I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Shah and the entire team. They made me feel comfortable and well cared for. I’m very happy with my visit and highly recommend Eckhardt Dental Center Dental.
My hygiene/cleaning appointment at Eckhart Dental was really positive. It had been about 8 months since the last one and I had become complacent with my flossing. Melissa took a long time scaling, but it felt so good that I came home and put my flosses in the front of the bathroom shelf and made a commitment to keep up with the healthy routines. I litterly have PTSD for dentist from a childhood visit over 40 years ago. Eckhart Dental Center staff made me feel comfortable and let me know what they are doing every step of the way. I had fillings, a crown and cleaning done.I would highly recommend them for all your Dental needs 😀
Front office very competent and courteous. Dr. Vaviya very professional, asking the right questions, and completing filling and examination very thoroughly, and wants to find answers with further examination. Rosanne, her dental assistant was very friendly and very competent in her skills and in making me comfortable and at ease ……lovely personality. Very impressed with treatment and care!
The rudest receptionist I have ever experienced. She had an attitude from the moment she picked up the phone, like I was inconviencing her by trying to book an appointment. Instead of helping me to see a dentist for a dental emergency I was experiencing, she was judgmental and completely uncaring. I have been a patient at Eckhardt Dental for many years, but I am officially done with them after being treated like such a burden for wanting dental care from a dentist office.
