The best dental experience possible. Empathetic fun staff makes for a much different dental experience than I have ever had. Beautiful work and amazing looking teeth I never thought was possible
Dr Shaw is great! I have severe anxiety with dentists and he listens to your concerns. He has great bedside manners. Quite frankly everyone there is really pleasant.
Had a couple of minor fillings completed. The dental assistant was bright, cheery, super friendly and helpful. The dentist was efficient and great at explaining both what needed to be done and where he was at in the process. The end results were great, I can't complain a bit.
I recently had a filling replaced by Dr. Vaviya at Eckhardt Dental Centre. Like most seniors, I have a great fear of dentists originating from unpleasant childhood dental chair memories. Dr. Vaviya made me feel comfortable and as unafraid as I can be during treatment. She was so gentle and kind. By far, the best experience I've had in a dental chair! Thank you!
I am elderly and unduly nervous with any/all dentistry. I've been a patient of Eckhardt Dental Centre for 18+ years. I take my hat off to the new owner, Dr. Shah, and his team for their empathy, gentleness, communication style and professionalism. An unforeseen issue arose with my tooth scheduled for a crown. Dr. Shah suggested a temporary filling and that we delay the intended crown for at least 3 weeks. Why? If the tooth became sensitive a new decision would have to be made and I would have wasted a lot of money as well ... read more
