I’ve been coming to this clinic since Dr. Eugren was there and had great experiences back then, but things seem different since it changed ownership. The staff (receptionists, hygienists, and assistants) are very friendly and do a great job. However, I’ve had questionable experiences with the dentists. I was told I had multiple cavities, but another clinic said I only had one. As a patient, it’s confusing to get such different diagnoses and it made me lose trust. When I visited this clinic in person to book an appointment, they got me in right away. When I had my appointment earlier this week, there was no wait time. Front desk ladies were super friendly and personable. The dental hygienist and the dentist were very nice, accommodating and professional. I had the best experience anyone could imagine in a dental appointment. I will be coming back for sure for my cleaning and yearly checkup. Thank you everyone for the accommodating, personable and amazing service!
I came in for a cleaning months ago and not all my teeth were polished, I received confirmation of this when another hygienist informed the dentist in front of me. I also needed some other work done and requested they send me an email with the pricing for a crown, never happend. But I got a call asking when I wanted to book my appointment for the crown. Had an exam, cleaning, and filling with two dentists and hygienists here — they were professional, made sure I was comfortable the whole time, and the visit went smoothly. The staff were friendly as well.
