Consistently kind and understanding, which I am very grateful far as someone who has had several previous experiences (elsewhere) that have caused me to experience significant anxiety around dental procedures. Layer on the knowledge, skill, and up-to-date dental care of all the professionals in the practice and the experience is always reassuring … I stop short of calling it fun! If you are a person who is anxious about receiving dental care, know that you will be in safe, kind, and understanding hands.
Dr. C has been great over the passed year getting my dental health in order. He always ensures patient care, but is also extremely professional and efficient when performing any restorative or extraction procedures. I would highly recommend!
Recent appointment for cleaning with dental hygienist; Katherine. Katherine is very pleasant and professional. I really appreciate the additional information she imparts during my visit. Learn something every time and she definitely comes across as interested in my personal oral health. She has looked up studies for me on a couple of topics that have proved to be very informative.
Dr.Chithalen was very understanding and generous with his staff taking my call after an accidental molar incident just prior to the holidays, following up personally, having me in quickly to assess the situation, and arranging for a speedy subsequent appointment to repair it. As usual he and his staff were professional and friendly, and he even took the time to offer suggestions relating to another dental issue. A class act !
EJC was able to see me on short notice when I chipped a tooth. They sorted me out with that issue and have done a couple fillings for me as well. Every interaction has been pleasant, I would recommend them to anyone looking for dentistry.
