Recent appointment for cleaning with dental hygienist; Katherine. Katherine is very pleasant and professional. I really appreciate the additional information she imparts during my visit. Learn something every time and she definitely comes across as interested in my personal oral health. She has looked up studies for me on a couple of topics that have proved to be very informative.
Dr.Chithalen was very understanding and generous with his staff taking my call after an accidental molar incident just prior to the holidays, following up personally, having me in quickly to assess the situation, and arranging for a speedy subsequent appointment to repair it. As usual he and his staff were professional and friendly, and he even took the time to offer suggestions relating to another dental issue. A class act !
I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Jan and his team. Natalia, specifically, held my hand throughout the process of having a tooth extracted. She was so supportive and understanding. Dr. Jan was gentle and the whole process was painless and healing nicely. I typically have horror stories about going to the dentist but I finally found a place that’s safe and comfortable. Highly recommend.
Dr. Chithalen and his team are always friendly and welcoming. Appointments are timely and while undergoing any procedure, if you are awake, he explains what you may feel and asks questions about any potential discomfort. He communicates what he is doing before he does it and if you have any questions after he is happy to answer them. The clinic also has the most up to date and modern methods of dentistry. I have been a patient here for over 20 years. I think the pricing is fair and follows the CDA guidelines.
Dr Chithalen is an exceptional dentist. He and his staff, especially Natalia, persisted in finding a solution to a longstanding concern I had with an implant. Holly has been a wonderful hygienist. I am very happy with the service I always get from EJC Dentistry.
