Had a great experience, everyone was very professional and helpful. Nina attended to me so extraordinarily, she was very kind, she made me feel relaxed. Best dental cleaning ever! The dentist and assistants have always been GREAT with my kids as far as treatment. The office staff has a way of making you feel like a nuisance if you have small children with you. They monitor you and your children in the lobby and once you’ve been called back to a room. I have never had office staff actually sit in a room with me while I wait for the dentist to come in and feel the need to correct my children when they are not even being disruptive. I can't say enough good things about Dr Gullom and the entire staff! From the moment you arrive you are greeted by pleasant, professional and caring people. I have yet to wait longer than 10 minutes and they are patient with me being an anxious patient) ...attention to detail is exemplary and I love my Dentist!
Had my first appointment earlier today. They were efficient, friendly, and the office is modern. Looking forward to having some long-awaited work done! It has been a good experience so far!
I will be taking my business elsewhere. The woman they have answering the phone apparently hates her job. I'm a working mom and my time to make dentist appointments are small. Unfortunately, I had to call and reschedule my kids a couple of times due to some conflicts that I had forgotten about. The woman on the phone scolded me for having to reschedule and told me not to call back until I had it figured out.
