They don't even deserve the one star. I am writing this review to express my disappointment with the level of professionalism and customer service at Element Dental. Our recent experience was extremely frustrating and left us feeling that patient care and respect for patients’ time are not a priority at this office. Upon my arrival 30 minutes prior to my scheduled appointment, I was informed of a delay due to the presence of only one hygienist on site. The staff demonstrated exceptional professionalism, even when faced with a high volume of clients, some of whom exhibited challenging behavior. My experience was highly satisfactory, notwithstanding the exceptionally high volume of activity. I wholeheartedly recommend Element Dental to all my family and friends.
Today was my first visit and all I can say is wow. Everyone in there is super nice and made me feel at ease. While I don’t like going to the dentist, I dont mind going back here. Thank you so much for making it a pleasant experience.
I had my semiannual cleaning and dental exam today and it was a pleasant experience. I grately appreciate the care and professional attention of the dental hygienist Kevna and Dr. Gillum this time. I highly recommend Element Dental to anyone who is searching for a fine, healthy dental experience.
The front end office manager customer service was flawless. I really enjoyed my dental assistant and hygienist as well. Easily could've been 5 stars, but I believed they were overbooked (wink) today. Yeah. I was there longer than I cared to be..
