This was my first time at Element Dental. Everyone, was so helpful AND courteous. They didn’t take long or have me sitting in waiting area or exam rooms. They were fast and efficient. I don’t like going to the dentists, cause who does, but it’s necessary. Nonetheless, they made the visit pleasant. Thank you guys so much. Ms. Annette, God Bless you and the entire staff.
Everyone was friendly and courteous. The facility was very clean and the technicians were very nice. Rafael, the dental hygienist was thorough and easy to talk to. I met the dentist and really liked her. No more fear of going to get my teeth cleaned! Yay!!!😃
I had a great experience at Element Dental. Tiffany Gillum and her staff were extremely helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. They made sure all my questions were answered and made the entire visit smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend!
I have nothing but positive things to say about the dentist and the back office staff, especially the hygienist. They’ve been so kind and professional. However, I unfortunately had a less than positive experience with the front desk receptionist who answers phone calls. There were two separate occasions where I left the call feeling talked down to or dismissed. Our first visit to Element Dental exceeded our expectations. We were very pleased with the high level of service and professionalism. My children were especially happy, and Aylan, in particular, appreciated the doctor's patience in answering all his questions. Thank you for the warm welcome and exceptional customer service.
