We started our journey in August of 2024.My son needed braces and his self esteem and confidence lifted. The exceptional team at element dental went above and beyond to make this process easy and comfortable. My kiddo has sensory processing disorder. They listen to me and made sure not was he comfortable and understood the process. That I was comfortable with the care they were going to give my son. We are extremely grateful 🤍
Had a great experience, everyone was very professional and helpful. Nina attended to me so extraordinarily, she was very kind, she made me feel relaxed. Best dental cleaning ever! This was a check up and cleaning. Wow. I do not have to stress and the visits here are as nearly pain free as possible. I have such a low tolerance for pain and yet I can say nearly pain free. Everyone from the front office to the techs to the dentist are well trained, very competent and also friendly.
The dentist and assistants have always been GREAT with my kids as far as treatment. The office staff has a way of making you feel like a nuisance if you have small children with you. They monitor you and your children in the lobby and once you’ve been called back to a room. I have never had office staff actually sit in a room with me while I wait for the dentist to come in and feel the need to correct my children when they are not even being disruptive. I can't say enough good things about Dr Gullom and the entire staff! From the moment you arrive you are greeted by pleasant, professional and caring people. I have yet to wait longer than 10 minutes and they are patient with me being an anxious patient) ...attention to detail is exemplary and I love my Dentist!
