I’ve been a patient at Ellerslie Dental Studio for several years and have always been pleased with Dr. Goswami and his team. The staff is incredibly friendly and courteous. Most recently, I had Invisalign and other cosmetic procedures performed, and I’m finally proud to show off my new smile! I’m really happy with all the efforts from the team at Ellerslie Dental Studio.

This was my first visit to this dental office, and unfortunately, I was very disappointed with the experience. The focus seemed to be more on generating revenue than on patient care. What was supposed to be a simple cleaning turned into a 1 hour and 10-minute session that the hygienist couldn’t even finish. I was then told I would need to return for another hour—just for a basic cleaning. I was charged approximately $530 for this incomplete service. The dentist, hygienists and front desk ladies are kind and knowledgeable, the facility is clean. However, as it was explained to me-the system they use isn’t the best re billing, taxes (takes time to calculate what has been paid by client and ins as system doesn’t organize it) and scheduling. It is worth preparing for outstanding balances due to “insurance not getting back on time” or “not notifying what they cover or dentist using more of materials than expected” (which hasn’t been an issue in other clinics). Friendly and knowledgeable staff. My hygienist was very detailed and explained every step. Made sure to adjust pressure and technique based on my points of sensitivity.

I should give -1000. I took my daughter for retention, and they said it takes 2 to 3 weeks and we call you. Now after a month+ just saying we have to take the money and do not control shipping time. We call you when it arrives. If you want to go there as a family, they do not give the same time saying doctor is tired and cannot do 2 visits in one day.
