I had to go in twice this week for fillings. They did a great job. Both appointments were only around an hour. They made sure I was comfortable and knew what to expect. I am happy with all those who work there :)
Sirena takes excellent care of my chompers. During my cleaning, she is focused on her work and continuously checks in to ensure I am doing okay and experiencing no discomfort. She also provides great tips on maintaining healthy teeth and gums after each cleaning. I am always happy when she rewards my visit with dental care samples.
On three different occasions, the reception did not provide the actual cost of the dental works before the appointment. Then after the appointment, you are expected to pay a massive bill if you did not get an estimate from the insurance BEFORE the appointment. It’s not ok to not inform your patients of the cost up front in a transparent way. I have been a patient at Ellerslie Dental Studio for the last 11 years and I am more than pleased with all of the services that I have received at their Ellerslie Office. They include regular dental hygiene, fillings, fittings for mouthguard and ex-rays. Ellerslie Dental staff takes good care of setting up dental surgery appointments when and wherever I have needed. The clinic was very flexible and were able to schedule an appointment on short notice. The service itself was thorough and all my questions were answered. My kids and I have been going here for about 12 years and I can honestly say I have never had a bad experience. Thanks to the amazing team!
