The dentist, hygienists and front desk ladies are kind and knowledgeable, the facility is clean. However, as it was explained to me-the system they use isn’t the best re billing, taxes (takes time to calculate what has been paid by client and ins as system doesn’t organize it) and scheduling. It is worth preparing for outstanding balances due to “insurance not getting back on time” or “not notifying what they cover or dentist using more of materials than expected” (which hasn’t been an issue in other clinics). This was my first visit to this dental office, and unfortunately, I was very disappointed with the experience. The focus seemed to be more on generating revenue than on patient care. What was supposed to be a simple cleaning turned into a 1 hour and 10-minute session that the hygienist couldn’t even finish. We’ve been going to Ellerslie Dental Studio for several years now, and the experience has always been amazing. My husband, our three kids, and I all come here for regular cleanings, cavity treatments, and more. The staff is incredibly kind, patient, and professional—especially with the kids. They always make us feel comfortable and well taken care of. We truly appreciate the quality of care and highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for a family-friendly dental practice!
Had a dental cleaning completed at Ellerslie Dental Studio recently. Service was prompt, and extreme car was taken by Kristina as she helped to restore the cleanliness of my teeth after avoiding appointments for 5 years. X-Rays were quick, easy and painless after a recent MVA severely damaged my face and jaw. Cleaning was effortless and painless as well. Will be continuing to go back here for years to come. Office was EXCEPTIONALLY clean and the staff is incredibly welcoming!
Best experience in a dental clinic! Hygienist Samarah was so gentle, professional and worked expertly while doing my cleaning! Everyone from the front to the back of the clinic is so helpful and courteous, and Dr. Goswami and Dr. Shaz are ever so knowledgeable and skilled.
