I’ve been a patient at Ellerslie Dental Studio for several years and have always been pleased with Dr. Goswami and his team. The staff is incredibly friendly and courteous. Most recently, I had Invisalign and other cosmetic procedures performed, and I’m finally proud to show off my new smile! I’m really happy with all the efforts from the team at Ellerslie Dental Studio.

The dentist, hygienists and front desk ladies are kind and knowledgeable, the facility is clean. However, as it was explained to me-the system they use isn’t the best re billing, taxes (takes time to calculate what has been paid by client and ins as system doesn’t organize it) and scheduling. It is worth preparing for outstanding balances due to “insurance not getting back on time” or “not notifying what they cover or dentist using more of materials than expected” (which hasn’t been an issue in other clinics). This was my first visit to this dental office, and unfortunately, I was very disappointed with the experience. The focus seemed to be more on generating revenue than on patient care. What was supposed to be a simple cleaning turned into a 1 hour and 10-minute session that the hygienist couldn’t even finish. We’ve been going to Ellerslie Dental Studio for several years now, and the experience has always been amazing. My husband, our three kids, and I all come here for regular cleanings, cavity treatments, and more. The staff is incredibly kind, patient, and professional—especially with the kids. They always make us feel comfortable and well taken care of. We truly appreciate the quality of care and highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for a family-friendly dental practice!

They were very nice to me and my parents. I appreciate that the dentist took the time to make sure the numbing was working before starting the procedure. It was nice that they vocalized what they were doing. Very patient with me. At one point i felt the drill and put my hand up as a sign to stop, and the dentist immediantly stopped to ask what was wrong. He listened to me and fixed it instead of continuing. Overall it was a better experience than other times i had to get tooth work done. I didn't end up crying!
