Geraldine at the front desk was the most amazing person to greet me when I walked in the front door. Muneebah my hygienist was the most gentle tech ive ever experienced, did an amazing job.. Finally Dr Ray at the end did something ive never experienced with checking my jaw and he immediately said you must clench your teeth alot I said I do during the night how could you tell. He said by feeling your jaw muscles. Amazing. Great service , awesome team. Can't wait for my next visit!!!

I highly recommend Empire Dental in Niagara Falls. The staff makes every visit a pleasant experience. The receptionists, Gina, Geraldine and Jenny are incredibly friendly and efficient. They always greet you with a smile and make managing appointments easy. The hygienists and assistants are also wonderful, providing thorough and gentle care during every cleaning and procedure. First time coming was a few weeks ago, going to the dentist makes me anxious but everyone is very friendly and welcoming! Maria made me feel extremely comfortable while doing my cleanings and was non judgemental. I also had my very first filling ever! done by Dr. Ray and Grace, they answered any questions I had, and put me at ease. They also make my daughter feel comfortable and calm every time she comes! I’ve been a patient here for almost a decade, and they’ve never been anything short of amazing. The staff is kind, professional, and always makes me feel fully taken care of. Dr. Elbatanony is personable and has a calm, reassuring approach as a dentist. Highly recommend !
