The dental office has fantastic parking, and the staff were nice and helpful. The office was clean with lots of new equipment. I experienced no discomfort during my cleaning/exam, and the staff explained a lot of my problems to me and how they are commonly caused. The doctor himself went through and created a thorough and clear dental care plan for me. One of the best dentist experiences I've ever had
I recently started going here because I didn't like driving to Fresno. I was amazed that they have better technology than my old dentist in Fresno! They made me a perfect crown and put it on in a single 2 hour visit. Thank you for a great job!
My experience was good overall. I would like the office better if the scheduling wasn’t so dense. I had to have two appointments for a small filling. I told them I lost a filling. I scheduled an appointment for it and it was just looked at. I was told I would need a filling and had to schedule another appointment for it to be done. I feel having a cushion of time between appointments would allow for better service.
I have had both emergency dental work and extensive dental restoration by Dr. Cuenca and the . level of professional care and personal attention I have received by Dr. Cuenca and his staff is exemplary. Having spent so much time in his office, I can say that I have occassionally overheard he and his staff caring for other patients in the same manner. Amazing office! Friendly staff!! Had a broken tooth. I was scheduled asap. This was my first visit. Dr Cuenca suggested a crown. My appt was at 1:30, I walked out of the office at 4 with my permanent crown completed. No drilling, sawing and hacking to make it fit & convince me I'd get used to it. It fit perfectly, the first time. My visit was amazing thats all I can say. I will be recommending!! 10 ⭐️'s!! Thank you!!
