Yesterday I went to Erin Ridge Dental for the first of many visits. I was shocked about how thorough the dentist was. It was so nice to go and not be pushed right into a chair to have my teeth cleaned with no actual conversation. It made the appointment that much better because the bedside manner was top notch. The hygienist was SO gentle! I’ve had very painful , bloody experiences at other dentist office and it was blamed on myself and my hygiene when in reality it was lack of care. My husband and I had our first visit to Erin Ridge Dental today. Our best dental experience ever and we are seniors. We never felt rushed and our cleaning and check ups we stress free, impart because the staff made us feel comfortable. One procedure couldn't be performed there, so they are make appointment to complete that procedure. I recently had the misfortune of losing a filling. As I don't have dental insurance, one of the criteria I searched was a dental practice with an excellent reputation that did not charge above the Alberta Dental Fee Guide. Erin Ridge Dental fit the bill! I was able to get an appointment quickly and had my tooth fixed the same day. Staff were all friendly & efficient and Dr. Sami Mahood explained the process to me in language I understood and checked frequently to ensure I was comfortable.
Have always had a positive experience through this clinic, the assistants are amazing, the front desk staff are so kind and patient and very understanding. Dr .Earl has been phenomenal, so glad I took a chance here. They are very fast , and accommodating when it comes to appointments especially emergencies.
Clean space and friendly staff.The dentist was gentle, kind and he made my kid feel comfortable throughout the process.Service was fast, we didn’t have to wait for long they had sent all paper worked to be comp prior to our scheduled appointment.
