CUSTOMER SERVICE 5/5. EVERYONE FROM RECEPTION TO DENTAL HYGIENIST TO THE DENTIST WERE ALL PROFESSIONAL WITH EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND ASSISTANCE. I AM VERY PLEASED WITH EVERYTHING THEY HAD ASSISTED ME AND MY CHILDREN WITH, FROM CONSULTATION, OBSERVATION, AND CLEANING. I WAS VERY COMFORTABLE AS A SINGLE MOTHER OF TWO TO ATTEND MY APPOINTMENT AND NOT HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT GETTING TREATMENT WHILE HAVING MY 2 & 3 CHILDREN. Everyone here is so so nice! We had an appointment and my baby starts to cry. They entertain him until they finish cleaning my teeth. So very nice of them! Also, the clinic is clean and organized. I always have a wonderful experience at Erindale Dental. The staff are always friendly and kind. I’ve been seeing Dr. Aarathi since I was a child and she’s always been wonderful. I recently had my wisdom teeth extracted with Dr. Abouzgia here and the entire process was smooth and faster than I expected. The doctor was very reassuring and ensured the extraction was as painless as possible.
Wonderful team. Desk staff are awesome and always welcoming. So are the hygienists! Dr Amy and Dr. Aarti are so gentle and professional! Procedures are so painless and always the most comfortable. 10/10 would recommend
I took my mother on the Easter long weekend when most other clinics were closed. We had a great experience. Front staff was very friendly and welcoming. Dr Aarati Balakrishnan and Dr Amy Hothi were wonderful. Took care of my mother very fast and very efficient. My mother has dementia and they were very compassionate and caring.
