Dr. Young and Trisna, dental hygienist, are very professional people. I had great experiences with them. Would definitely love to stay in touch with them. Only problem I’ve had is how the reception/customer service handles insurance. Despite informing them to rectify the claim to how my insurance tells them to do it, they refused to acknowledge and assist with this. I was able to submit it properly based on insurance instructions and got reimbursed accordingly. Unfortunate that they lost a customer because of this.
Excellent services and great caring teams ! I had two bridge work done on my upper and lower front teeth at the same time. There were practically no bleeding afterwards and I only took Tylenol twice that day and everything became normal that evening. My family members were all surprised and my teeth looks great with a big smile. Some friends told me that my mouth will be swollen for days and not advisable to do upper and lower at the same time. The staff were very welcoming and the service was great. My particular appointment was 2 hours but the staff was able to keep me calm throughout the entire process. Even their work and service was quite efficient. As someone who hates the dentist, I had a great experience.
I have been a client of Expressions Dental Care for 30+ years and I have never even considered going to another dentist. The professionalism and care foundational to their practice is unmatched. Receiving a call from Anna feels like hearing from a close relative because her warmth is felt through the phone. Thank you all for always providing the utmost care.
I’ve had a great experience with Dr. Gould and her team. She found an issue that my past dentist missed. Finally I’m feeling much better and can chew normally again. The front reception staff are very warm and accommodating. Highly recommend Expressions Dental Care!
