First and foremost, I have nothing but the highest respect and appreciation for Dr. Krasov himself. He is an exceptionally skilled, knowledgeable, and experienced dentist. His work is precise, his hands are very gentle, and the quality of his dental restorations is excellent. This dentist office is extremely unorganized, and it’s obvious it’s owned by a corporate company that prioritizes profit over patient care. Their prices are also higher than other dental offices in the area. I’ve been going here for about two years, but my most recent experiences have made it clear I need to find a new dentist. I just started going here a few days ago, after years of not being at a dentist. I CANNOT sing high enough praises for this dental practice. They get you in fast, they make the treatment as good of a process as possible. I even brought my 2 year old and they made her have a wonderful time!
I have high anxiety. Dr was good, so was her assistant. I can get very unpleasant when my anxiety is high. The girls at the front my only complaint was have the paper work ready when I’m done. I don’t want to wait around while highly anxious to sign a paper. They did ok with me and my unpleasant mood. However they made me miss my bus because they were not organized at the end of my appointment.
Other than the fact that the start of my appointment was 20 minutes late (it happens), the experience was great. No pain for a filling with freezing...no pain after the freezing wore off....all good! Everyone in the clinic was friendly and made the experience great.
