Customer service is top notch.10/10 My personal experience and honest opinion is that you are in Great Professional hands. The staff are SUPER friendly. You feel like you are family, you are well taken care of. I always feel relaxed during and after my appointment. Considering it’s a Dentist office, Lol. Thats how Great the service and environment are. Five Stars
I’ve always had a great experience coming here, very good quality cleaning & check ups. They will explain whatever questions you have no matter how small. Booking & rescheduling is always flexible with my schedule. Biggest factor for me is how incredibly nice everyone is, I look forward to my appointments. Thanks.
Dr. Ella is simply the best dentist I have had and have the pleasure of receiving dental work. She takes the time to explain the procedure, pauses to check in with you, has a gentle touch, never appears rushed or distracted, interacts in a genuine manner, and overall a great skilled and knowledgeable dentist and health care professional. I've been a patient at Family Care Dental for many years. I'm always treated with the utmost care & courtesy, from the reception desk to the dental chair. My most recent visit was no different. I was seen at my scheduled time, and my procedure was completed while making sure I was comfortable & not experiencing pain at any time. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Family Care Dental to anyone looking for a dentist.
My dental hygienist Cheryl is incredible. I will only go to her! But honestly everyone including the front desk staff, to both dentists, are incredible. We moved away from that neighbourhood but continue to come back to them.
