Customer service is top notch.10/10 My personal experience and honest opinion is that you are in Great Professional hands. The staff are SUPER friendly. You feel like you are family, you are well taken care of. I always feel relaxed during and after my appointment. Considering it’s a Dentist office, Lol. Thats how Great the service and environment are. Five Stars

I’ve always had a great experience coming here, very good quality cleaning & check ups. They will explain whatever questions you have no matter how small. Booking & rescheduling is always flexible with my schedule. Biggest factor for me is how incredibly nice everyone is, I look forward to my appointments. Thanks.

Dr. Ella is simply the best dentist I have had and have the pleasure of receiving dental work. She takes the time to explain the procedure, pauses to check in with you, has a gentle touch, never appears rushed or distracted, interacts in a genuine manner, and overall a great skilled and knowledgeable dentist and health care professional. I've been a patient at Family Care Dental for many years. I'm always treated with the utmost care & courtesy, from the reception desk to the dental chair. My most recent visit was no different. I was seen at my scheduled time, and my procedure was completed while making sure I was comfortable & not experiencing pain at any time.
