I’m giving one star due to multiple poor experiences with Dr. Lively. He often gives unclear answers, seems dismissive, and doesn't take the time to address my concerns. He can be short with me, rushes out of the room, and seems more focused on the money than my well-being. I also had negative interactions with the dental assistants, who were unkind and judgmental. Jessie was my hygienist and she is so lovely. She did a thorough job with my cleaning and helped me understand about my xrays, and was very nice and talkative, which I like. Made me feel at home, like a friend even though she was cleaning my teeth. Thanks Jessie! My dentist Dr. Tao was also very informative and caring too. Thank you!

Hygienist was amazing. Made me feel very cared for. Was gentle and explained everything she was doing as she did. I have high anxiety at dentist but today was very relaxing. Thank you

All ways great. As I cant say that I enjoy myself when I'm there. But it has been by far the the closest thing to it in my 40 plus years of going to dentists. Thank you for being excellent at your chosen profession

Fantastic experience. My hygienist Courtney was very precise, knowledgeable, quick, and very detail-oriented. 100% recommend. She sharpens her tools before scaling so she doesn't need to press very hard. The extra effort is noticeable. Thanks Courtney, job well done!
