I had an excellent experience at Family Dental. The staff at the front desk were very welcoming, friendly, and made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. The manager Tameka came out to greet me with my toddler and assisted me in which made everything less stressful. A special thank you to the hygienist Serene, who did an amazing job with my toddler. My visit was all great. I just forgot the name of the hygienist. You always feel comfortable while she is doing things up. Detailed clean and she always speak up while she is doing something. You really like just met a long time ago. You don’t really feel like just a normal patient. The place was spotless clean. Appointmemt time was accurate. No more waiting time. Convenient on everything. Very accomodating welcoming.

David Waller has been my dentist for more than 30 years. He is professional, caring and always willing to make time for me relative to dental emergencies. With living in Mackenzie it is difficult to get down for an appointment especially during winter. He understands that and makes sure the issues are dealt with during that visit. From the initial email via their website, of trying to find a dentist the Thursday before the Easter holiday, to the moment I walked out the door of their office (the same day as the email was sent), I was impressed with the friendliness, knowledge and accommodation I was met with by each professional encountered. We had an excellent experience with my daughters first filling. The staff were calm, patient and explained everything to us both thoroughly. It was tear free and she felt no pain. I can’t thank Mann dental enough!
