Reliable staff, friendly environment, knowledgeable team and consistent work makes this a dental office worth returning to. I noticed they take into consideration anyone that may feel nervous in making the experience more comfortable. Jess was my hygienist and she was very nice. I enjoyed chatting with her. She gave me tips on flossing, and I’m happy to be able to follow the advice she gave me. I felt comfortable as she was cleaning my teeth and my teeth look very clean.
Long wait for a procedure of 20 minutes, over 40 minutes of waiting time. Doctor seems to be disrespectful with it, he should be planning better, this is my 7th visit (4th with the doctor), and there was no a single time that he attended me on time but it is usually 10-15 but today was 40. Ask yourself if this was the opposite way, if I had arrived late, they would have not cared about my situation and charged me a no show fee.
