This practise is honestly fantastic, the front desk staff went above and beyond for me, ensuring I was always happy and informed booking me in super quickly and reminding me of appointments with their automated reminders! The dentistry staff have the most amazing energy and made me feel so comfortable and looked after throughout treatments, I feel brand new! So happy to have found a dental practise I trust and love! So friendly and professional. Genuinely care about their patients, both their dental care as well as on a personal level. Moving house soon to a new part of town but will continue to make the trip for all our dental needs.
This practice is phenomenal. The focus on you as a person, remember who you are, and really care about your well-being. I have never felt rushed there. They have always been able to see me in a timely manner (within a week) and send several reminders for upcoming appointments. I cannot recommend them enough.
Everyone is so nice! Definitely the most pleasant dentist experience I've ever had. Christina and Dr. Lim were amazing and very helpful when explaining everything, it made me feel very at ease. 10/10!
