I’ve had such a great experience with Dr. Sally and her team! The staff are always professional, friendly, and make me feel very comfortable. I really appreciate how easy it is to book appointments- whenever I’ve had any dental issues, they’ve been able to get me in very quickly. Dr. Sally is caring, thorough, and always takes the time to explain everything clearly. I highly recommend this dental office to anyone looking for excellent care.
They are very welcoming, compassionate and make you feel so comfortable. I’ve only had 2 visits since I left my previous dentist. But I’m very happy and they made the transition so easy. Thank you to the staff and Dr.Sally for everything. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a new dentist.

This is a long post! Sit back and enjoy the rant! LoL So let me paint a picture for you. In 2011, I went to the Family dental Centre in Cobourg, Ontario and had my dental surgery done. 11 teeth extracted and implants put in. I was supposed to be sedated but the sedation didn’t work and they went ahead and did it anyway. The implants then had to heal so I went back a few weeks later to have my permanent pegs placed. New patient here at Family Dental in Cobourg ✨️ As someone who has terrible anxiety in the Dental Chair, I want to thank everyone at the clinic. From the moment I called and booked the first appointment, to the consultation with Dr Sally, the Dental assistant, billing and booking the next appointment and the treatment I experienced a warm welcoming, understanding and a compassionate sense of care from the team.
