My son who is on spectrum had his wisdom teeth removed here yesterday. They were patient, kind, walked him through every step. I can not recommend this office enough - even his normal hygienist came in to say hi to him because she saw him in chair. They are personable, now all my families names, understanding and kind. I've been to more than one office in town- these guys are hands down the best!
After moving to Grafton we needed to find a new dentist. Family Dental Centre in Cobourg was absolutely amazing. As soon as you walk in you are greeted with a “hello” and smile, everything was uphill from there. My Hygienist Lisa was incredible, professional, gentle and friendly. Dr. Yasmin was very nice and I felt reassured that everything was perfect. I would highly recommend this dental centre👍😊👍
I have a medical condition that causes me to have extreme sensitivity to light, sound and position I am in and Heather is so incredibly understanding and compassionate to me and makes my visit as comfortable as possible. Let me tell you something. In and out in 25 minutes three cavities. Barely felt the freezing needle or the drill. We know what going to the dentist can be. This experience was one of my best experiences I have ever had. Also unfortunately I’ve had mine, yours and hers share of visits over my lifetime so I do know a bit about dentists and the difference between them. My first visit to FDC was yesterday and the experience was fantastic from start to finish. Receptionist was great helping me finish new patient input forms. The hygienist Laura amazed me with her knowledge of total mouth care not just teeth. The cleaning was very thorough and painless. Great job! Dr. Sally examined my teeth carefully and she was such a pleasant person to talk with. I am looking forward to future relationship with this office and would highly recommend FDC if asked.
