I’ve always had a fear of visiting the dental office! I would consistently cancel my appointments just because I couldn’t bring myself to go. Then I switched over to the Family Dental Centre in Cobourg, where I quickly discovered how fitting their name was. They truly treat you like family! I have been there 3 times now, twice for cleanings and once for a small cavity repair. My experience at family dental centre has been absolutely amazing. This is coming from someone who had been terrified of dental work for my entire life. I see Dr. Sally and she makes the freezing shot painless and always checks in through the procedure. I cannot recommend her and the rest of the staff enough. I’m so grateful there are dentists like this especially after some bad experiences!
We switched dentists after 25 years (new ownership problems) and they try to make you feel super comfortable and welcomed. As someone who has hated Dentistry in general I was very happy with the service I received. Both dental hygienist that I have seen plus the practicing dentist are amazing. We hope to see the same level of service for years to come.
I’ve had such a great experience with Dr. Sally and her team! The staff are always professional, friendly, and make me feel very comfortable. I really appreciate how easy it is to book appointments- whenever I’ve had any dental issues, they’ve been able to get me in very quickly. Dr. Sally is caring, thorough, and always takes the time to explain everything clearly. I highly recommend this dental office to anyone looking for excellent care.
Everyone was very kind and helpful. They went out if there way to make sure I was comfortable have not been to a dentist in a very long time as well as back problems. They made sure to take little rests so that I wouldn't be in any pain. Worked with my insurance program to make sure it was as affordable for me as possible. Thanks again great dental office
