I don’t usually write reviews, but I had to this time! I went to Family Dental Centre for my wisdom tooth checkup after my sister and brother-in-law recommended it, and I’m so happy I did. The staff were super friendly, welcoming, and made me feel comfortable right away. Everything went smoothly, and I didn’t have to wait long. I don’t have insurance and I’m a student, but they still gave me a discount — that really showed how much they care about their patients, not just money. I have very high dental anxiety, it was easily 20 years since I last had seen a dentist. Flexible hours plus a very friendly staff goes a very long way! The staff remained professional and followed what I needed to stay calm and comfortable. I highly recommend Family Dental Center, nothing spikes dental anxiety more than not being able to make an appointment because your woek schedule.
I switched to Family Dental a few years ago and the experience has consistently been positive. The staff is professional and attentive, making each visit as comfortable as possible. Julie C, the hygienist, deserves a special mention. Her attention to detail and gentle approach make dental cleanings stress-free. I’ve been going to this centre to help me reverse ten years of damage due to depression. Every member of the staff is friendly, positive and extremely helpful. Dr Braden is the gentlest, most amazing dentist I’ve ever had! This will absolutely be my dental office as long as possible! Thank you!!
I genuinely found myself to be comfortable around the staff, it was easy to connect to them and i didn’t feel bad for asking questions. I had to called back a few time to ask clarification on som stuff and each time i was meet with amazing service, during my wisdom tooth removal, brianna ( i hope that was her name finger crossed ) and the dentist made it easy to relax and made it easy to get my mind off the fact that i had a literal tooth being removal. definitely recommend this place for anyone who needs a dentist, they al... read more
