Tonight I went in and had the best experience with a hygienist named Charlotte. Not only did she do a great job but she introduced herself to me & was very thorough and friendly. Highly recommend her. I do not enjoy going to the dentist but she made me feel so calm. Thanks again. I will be requested her in the future.
I was disappointed by a dental office in Trenton so someone highly recommended for me to try Family Dental Centre Belleville. They did not disappoint! From the initial contact to make an emergency appointment to the very professional links to fill out pre appointment paperwork, to the First on site visit for a dental emergency and their flexibility to book my treatment on a short notice was most impressive. I had a great experience at FDC dental clinic. The dentist was very professional, gentle, and explained everything clearly before starting the treatment. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the clinic was clean and well organized. I felt comfortable throughout my visit, and the procedure went smoothly. Unfortunately this is terrible experience that I have never experienced in my entire life. The service provider seems like not keen to solve my issues but rather to find reasons to charge me more money. One single tooth taken off cost me 840 dollars. The second appointment was completely not necessary if they had told me an estimate single tooth denture would cost $3000 which I just paid similar one in other dentist for $150.
