I’ve continued to trust FDC for both routine care and Invisalign since moving to Belleville a few years ago. I don’t usually write reviews, but I had to this time! I went to Family Dental Centre for my wisdom tooth checkup after my sister and brother-in-law recommended it, and I’m so happy I did. The staff were super friendly, welcoming, and made me feel comfortable right away. Everything went smoothly, and I didn’t have to wait long. I don’t have insurance and I’m a student, but they still gave me a discount — that really showed how much they care about their patients, not just money. I have very high dental anxiety, it was easily 20 years since I last had seen a dentist. Flexible hours plus a very friendly staff goes a very long way! The staff remained professional and followed what I needed to stay calm and comfortable. I highly recommend Family Dental Center, nothing spikes dental anxiety more than not being able to make an appointment because your woek schedule.
I genuinely found myself to be comfortable around the staff, it was easy to connect to them and i didn’t feel bad for asking questions. I have always had a great experience at FDC, and this time was no different. I had a new dental hygienist, Charlotte, and she was wonderful! FDC Belleville is a first-rate dental centre, and I would recommend to anyone looking for new or better dental care.
