I recently switched to this dental office, and I couldn’t be happier with my decision. Every visit has been such a positive experience from start to finish. I had a wonderful experience at Family Dental Centre in Belleville! From the moment you walk in, everyone is friendly, welcoming, and professional. Had to confirm my appointment by text and told if I need to cancel or reschedule within 48hrs there is a fee. Show up today for my appointment and get told they are running at least 20 min late. Why didn't they text me so I could have continued to work and where is my compensation for them rescheduling my time with less than 48 hrs.? Good thing it wasn't a cruical appointment because I will be looking for a new dentist. This isn't the first time that I have had issues. Strike 3 and you are out. Bye-bye.
Going to the dentist is not one of my favourite places to go. The team at FDC goes above and beyond to make me feel supported and comfortable. Most recently I had concerns about a procedure and the team all sat with me to explain my options and support my decision. I would like to mention Julie who has helped me feel more comfortable and less stressed about my visits. They are an amazing team from the time you walk through the door. Thank you.
I don’t usually write reviews, but I had to this time! I went to Family Dental Centre for my wisdom tooth checkup after my sister and brother-in-law recommended it, and I’m so happy I did. The staff were super friendly, welcoming, and made me feel comfortable right away. Everything went smoothly, and I didn’t have to wait long. I don’t have insurance and I’m a student, but they still gave me a discount — that really showed how much they care about their patients, not just money.
