I don’t usually write reviews, but I had to this time! I went to Family Dental Centre for my wisdom tooth checkup after my sister and brother-in-law recommended it, and I’m so happy I did. The staff were super friendly, welcoming, and made me feel comfortable right away. Everything went smoothly, and I didn’t have to wait long. I don’t have insurance and I’m a student, but they still gave me a discount — that really showed how much they care about their patients, not just money. I have very high dental anxiety, it was easily 20 years since I last had seen a dentist. Flexible hours plus a very friendly staff goes a very long way! The staff remained professional and followed what I needed to stay calm and comfortable. I highly recommend Family Dental Center, nothing spikes dental anxiety more than not being able to make an appointment because your woek schedule.
I genuinely found myself to be comfortable around the staff, it was easy to connect to them and i didn’t feel bad for asking questions. I switched to Family Dental a few years ago and the experience has consistently been positive. The staff is professional and attentive, making each visit as comfortable as possible. My daughter is autistic and has her moments. We used to go to sleep dentistry exclusively. At Family Dental Centre that is a distant memory. Very professional, accommodating, and found the right hygienist to work with my daughter. My whole family now happily uses Family Dental Centre.
