I have dental anxiety, but everyone here has always been really great. I find the hygienists really kind and patient- if I need a second to rest (TMJ issues) they're very chill and will make sure to check in. They are always to happy to answer my questions and give me a better understanding of how or why things are done. Really really appreciate them making the process as quick and painless as possible :)
FDC is phenomenal with our daughter who has a hard time visiting the dentist. We have have nothing but success and positivity when getting dental work done. The staff and atmosphere is amazing. Highly recommend.
I went to FDCB for their zoom teeth whitening treatment and unfortunately I’m not satisfied with the results. When I went in they were 30 minutes late in starting my appointment. This wouldn’t usually be an issue since the people there were so nice about it but the treatment took way longer then they had said it would therefore I was rushed and had to cut the treatment short. My experience at Family Dental Centre was one that cannot be beat. Autumn was amazing. She kept me calm and collected as I'm a very anxious person and made my experience very painless for me. The dentist and hygienist that fixed my cavities yesterday were also just as amazing. I look forward to my next appointment at Family Dental Centre.
I like my dental hygienist Robin, and one of the receptionist Hilary. Yesterday I was in and I was waiting to let them know I was there, but the one receptionist left and the other one was busy so Robin herself had to come and get me.I don't get why they could just acknowledge me,and the other people waiting. I give you five stars only, because of Robin and Hilary, but if I had to see someone else I would have given you a 1 star rating. Oh I also liked my dentist she explained having with me.
