Just had a filling done. But was totally impressed with my young caring dentist. He was great. The assistant was very good too. I have been a patient at Family Dental for a long time. I have not been satisfied with my dentists lately. I adore my hygienist though. I had an appointment Saturday and finally had a dentist that I could connect with. Hope he stays!
My experience was amazing. The team treated me with compassion & constantly showed concern for my well being. Each step was explained. A great experience. I am confident in their expertise and work.
What a perfect visit from start to finish! Friendly staff at reception. Alyssa is a wonderful hygienist. She always makes me feel comfortable. Dr Mahdi is very pleasant and thorough! Thanks everyone!
I was greeted at the door upon arriving, just sat down when my name was called for my treatment. The dentist was very reassuring. The service was excellent, my only complaint would be no one ever tells you their name, and there could be two ways around this, is to wear a name tag, or chance it that they will tell me their name. Knowing who is working on a very intimate part of my body, my mouth, I think I deserve the chance to know who’s working there; their names aren’t even on the receipt when I pay for my treatment.
Who’d have thought, that going to see my hygienist was going to be such a great experience!! It was! I mean really, I was sitting under excellence! This gal really knows how to make your teeth sparkle! Our convo was fun! I left The Family Dental Centre with a happy heart, enthusiasm and sparkling teeth that made me smile wide!! I’m very grateful to all the staff here!! You guys, greet and meet the total individual. Thank you very much! 😍
