We took our son to Family Dental on Wednesday, where he received his first filling without sleep dentistry. Despite initial nerves, the dental assistant played a pivotal role in making the experience overwhelmingly positive. She took the time to explain each step of the procedure in a clear, age-appropriate manner and introduced him to the various tools involved. Her kindness and compassion were invaluable, and we're grateful for the exceptional care she provided. Thank you!!
I had a broken tooth, and when trying to make an emergency appointment at my own dentist in Stirling, they told me that they could not fit me in this week. Because I was leaving on a trip on the Friday, I was in a panic, so I called Family Dental Centre in Belleville, to see if I could possibly make an appointment with them. I had the best experience today with the dentist. She was fantastic and made me feel comfortable. I hope I get her again on my next cleaning. My teeth have never felt so clean and my smile is glowing after my visit with her.
I had a routine cleaning, but decided to bring my toddler with me last minute as he's been pretty scared to open his mouth. The hygienist was an absolute delight and deserves an award of some kind. She was absolutely amazing with my son and did a great job cleaning my teeth. By the end, he was talking and having a great time. I can't thank her enough! 10/10!
