Yesterday was my first visit to Family Dental in Frankford. Like many people, I’m not a huge fan of these appointments. My first impression walking in was an updated, bright office immediately welcomed by staff at the reception desk. I was immediately put at ease in the chair & cleaning, X-rays & consultation began. The last step was with the dentist who reviewed my chart & we chatted about a plan moving forward. Rhonda was absolutely wonderful with my four year old. She was patient, kind, and took the time to explain everything in a way my daughter could understand. She even held her hand and comforted her while the dentist examined her mouth. It made the whole experience so much easier and more positive. We’re so grateful for her care!

I previously gave a poor review because of a misconception I had about billing. I have learned that I was mistaken so I'm writing a new review. This is a very good place to go if you're nervous about getting dental work done. The staff are very professional and compassionate. They have taken very good care of my wife, daughter and myself.
