My first visit to the dental office was a great! Place was clean and the receptionists where awesome polite and friendly. My appointment was on time and they where so knowledgeable and caring and the service was so professional I was impressed. My wife has her file there now was well. I am glad I was recommended this place. Now I do not have to travel out of town for dental services. And above all the staff is kind caring polite and professional and trustworthy and knowledgeable. I have been going here for years. The staff are amazing, understanding of rescheduling. Tracey the Hygienist I see is hands down the best. Very thorough! The dentist is a great, funny and knowledgeable.
You could not ask for a better run Practice. All the people there are very professional and polite. At 75 I have been to a lot of Dental Practices in my life and I will stick with FDC Frankford till the end. Hopefully that will not be soon !!! Dr. Adrian, his assistant & my dental hygienist are all wonderful. They make you feel very comfortable, caring and answer any questions you may have. The front end reception is also very good. I would highly recommend this office. :)
Yesterday was my first visit to Family Dental in Frankford. Like many people, I’m not a huge fan of these appointments. My first impression walking in was an updated, bright office immediately welcomed by staff at the reception desk. I was immediately put at ease in the chair & cleaning, X-rays & consultation began.
