We are new to the area, and went to Frankford Dental for the first time, with some dental work scheduled for my son. The building was extremely clean, and staff were very courteous, especially dealing with my son, who has a disability. Emma was our receptionist, who was super patient in dealing with our insurance company. Wonderful team providing amazing dental service to the area. Would highly recommend.👍
First people to meet you when you get into the office, they make the appointment worth it. They greet you with a warm smile. They know each patient that comes in. There is no waiting to be booked in. Prompt and efficient. My appointment was for a cleaning. Due to issues, I get my mouth frozen. Even though the freezing generally hurts, my dentist makes it bearable. The hygienist was very gentle and made me feel very comfortable. Both the hygienist and dentist were very friendly and informative. It was a great experience overall.
Everyone is super friendly! I have panic attacks going to the dentist, everyone is very supportive and do their best to make me feel relaxed.
The FDC in Frankford has been caring, helpful and always understanding and supportive. I've always had a deep anxiety when it comes to seeing the dentist and they have been able to ease that and i no longer agonize about going. Thank you to all the staff at Fdc for making my visits enjoyable. ❤️
