I’ve been going to this dentist office for about 8 months. And it is the best and clean dentist so far! Excellent and nice staff, very careful with any dental problems. And great design. I highly recommend coming here!
We are new to the area, and went to Frankford Dental for the first time, with some dental work scheduled for my son. The building was extremely clean, and staff were very courteous, especially dealing with my son, who has a disability. Emma was our receptionist, who was super patient in dealing with our insurance company. Wonderful team providing amazing dental service to the area. Would highly recommend.👍
Urgent emergency appointment required; fast and Professional. I had a filling that fell out 4 days before I had to leave for my trip to Europe. They booked me in next day and repaired it immediately without freezing. I’m very satisfied and highly recommend them. Now I can eat lots of Italian Pasta. LOL. Thank-you.
Have used both the Frankford and Cobourg offices, both have been the best experiences I have had going to the dentist. Staff are polite, empathetic and seem to genuinely care about your comfort and concerns. Tooth extraction, not including time for freezing to kick in, took only barely 2 minutes to extract and I didn't feel any pain during. Highly recommend if you are in need of a dentalcare provider that genuinely cares.
I don't like dentists, have had many bad experiences, they always hurt me. This is the first dentist office I have willingly returned to and not just due to necessity. Grateful they listen and have a sense of humour. Never a bad experience. All the staff are wonderful and seem to like working there.
