Rhonda was absolutely wonderful with my four year old. She was patient, kind, and took the time to explain everything in a way my daughter could understand. She even held her hand and comforted her while the dentist examined her mouth. It made the whole experience so much easier and more positive. We’re so grateful for her care!
Yesterday was my first visit to Family Dental in Frankford. Like many people, I’m not a huge fan of these appointments. My first impression walking in was an updated, bright office immediately welcomed by staff at the reception desk. I was immediately put at ease in the chair & cleaning, X-rays & consultation began. I had some significant dental surgery done by Jasmine, with the assistance of her excellent staff. She is a master of her craft and we are very lucky to have her dental practice in Frankford. You cannot go wrong here folks.
As always my visit went above my expectations. The assistant was amazing, and so was the Dentist. The assistant anticipated my anxiety and was quick to give me a weighted blanket and made sure I was okay every step of the way. The Dentist is amazing. He is so comforting, kind, and sincere with his understanding of anxieties that occur when getting work done. I would not go to any other Dentist.
Very happy with my hygienist, Alina. Very professional, very thorough and excellent communication. Dentists are great too. Front desk staff are friendly and efficient. Beginning to end great experience. Thank you. Looking forward to my next visit.
