My first visit to the dental office was a great! Place was clean and the receptionists where awesome polite and friendly. My appointment was on time and they where so knowledgeable and caring and the service was so professional I was impressed. My wife has her file there now was well. Dr Adrian removed a molar was the most pleasant experience you could have removing a tooth. Had an emergency appointment two day before the tooth removal and he diagnosed the problem and helped with the immediate pain. I have recently switched to this dentist after 28 years with my previous dentist. Front desk and hygienist are excellent as well. I never submit a google review but I thought this was worth mentioning
I had my first visit to Family Dental Centre as a result of a broken tooth. I met with Dr. Braeden and his assistant Danielle. Both were so friendly and professional. Not only did Dr. Braeden fix my broken tooth but he also discovered a tiny cavity which he also fixed. I felt very comfortable, no pressure and an easy visit. Thank you.
I am terrified of dentists. I avoid them at all costs because of several bad experiences. When I called the office, I was assured that all steps to make me comfortable would be taken. Turns out I needed 5 teeth to go. The hygienist and the dentist were patient with me. I was provided with nitrous oxide to relax, lots of numbing gel and then the freezing. I didn’t feel much of anything. I highly recommend the Family Dental Centre in Frankford.
A welcoming and friendly atmosphere makes it easy for someone like me who struggles with dental anxiety. The staff are always professional and helpful.
