Front desk ladies were supper nice and welcoming. Dentist and assistant did amazing work!! I hated going to the dentist but the staff their got me in and out and Im not going anywhere else!! Extraordinary experience.... Thank you too all that had helped me and my fiance
The dentist and hygienists here are wonderful. They are very accommodating for my dental anxiety and go out of the way to make me feel comfortable while at ease. They are always nice and never seem to rush me out the door. Definitely recommend!
From start to finish the customer service was impeccable! From the first phone call, being welcomed through the door for a new patient appt, to the hygienist who was friendly and offered smiles, to the Dr. Flores-Wilson who was ready and waiting for the appt. Dr. Flores-Wilson ensured I was well informed and taken care of before walking out the door. Top notch in my opinion. As a first time patient, it was a fantastic first impression!
Dr Kim is very diligent and ask questions - she asks about your comfort level every time I visit, she is a gem. The Dental hygienist and front desk people are amazing, kind and attentive.
Yesterday I went to this facility in hopes of getting a new mouth guard. For some background, I got some cavities filled earlier and a crown, so my mouth guard no longer fit. Normally I see Dr. Nancy Lee, who is amazing and nothing but accommodating, but this day I got Dr. Kimberly Flores-Wilson. After I explained what was happening, she made the mouth guard go on my teeth without warming it up with warm water first, which could’ve damaged my teeth and the mouth guard.
