Everyone was super friendly. I was seen right away and everyone was very professional and nice. The receptionist even sat out in the hallway with my infant daughter while I got X-rays so she wasn’t exposed to radiation. I really appreciated them doing this for me. Their service was great and they explained everything as they were doing it and answered all my questions. I have nothing but good things to say and had a very positive experience!!

They are very friendly and make sure they are getting all opinions before doing anything, which is amazing. They will work with you on finances for what ever you are getting done. I appreciate that they genuinely care about giving you the best results, and making sure you understand what is happening. My mouth hasn't been ripped open. Has been many times before at other dentists. I hate going to the dentist like everyone else, but if I have to go, I'd recommend this place for sure.

It was a great experience from the moment I walked in the door. The front office team was excellent. My hygienist, Trina, took great care of me throughout my cleaning. Seamless transition to my third First Choice office. Extremely convenient to home.

I switched to First Choice Dental due to changing insurance coverage with my previous dentist, so I wasn't sure what to expect. Fortunately, I was very pleased with the outstanding care and attention I received. My hygienist went to great lengths to explain everything and educate me. I received outstanding care and learned a lot at the same time. The new DeForest office is very convenient and the entire staff is pleasant and professional.

Great experience. They just started here in DeForest and I couldn’t be more satisfied. I have a history of trouble getting numb. They heard my concerns and worked with me to get me as comfortable as possible before fixing some old fillings. They’re also very attentive to sensitivities during cleanings. I’m happy our family made the switch to First Choice in DeForest.
