Very wonderful experience! Their service is very professional, they treated my dental issues very gentle without any pain- They literally care me. Dr. Saadi and his assistant, Kail, were very gentle and nice. I got the best experience from them, I recommend them 100%. I have a weak gum, so they recommended me the right plan both on my budget and health issues. the estimates are quick and accurate, their all process are professional so it gives me assurance.
The staff from the front desk to the hygienist to the dentist are all great! Super personable and always friendly. I appreciate the ease of every appointment and never dread going to the dentist!
I am very pleased with this clinic. I needed a root canal on July 3rd but do to the 4th being on Friday this year I waited 4 days. But 1 business days was seen and scheduled on July 8th. The staff and Dr Lee was friendly even though I was grumpy from the tooth pain. I would recommend this clinic
I enjoyed my time at First Choice Dental—imagine enjoying going to the dentist! All of the staff were professional, caring, and friendly and work well together like a team. One of the staff at the registration came outside with me in the rain to assist me getting into my taxi. I look forward to returning to this clinic for future dental work.
The women at the desk were friendly and helpful. Kail is competent and compassionate. Her conversation eases any anxiety. Dr. Saadi and everyone involved were professional, informative and friendly. I would recommend this office team to others without hesitation.
