I had a good visit today at the Park Street location. Everyone was friendly and very competent and communicative. My only issue is the turnover among the dentists. I had an appointment with a new dentist but he has moved on to somewhere else. Dr. Kim was great but she’s moving to the DeForest location in December. The care has been very good. Not so sure about how the whole operation is being managed. Too much turnover for me.
For a year I have been going to First Choice on Regent for dental cleanings. Great service. Had to go to the Park St. office for specialist work. Checked in at the front desk where this old woman read me the riot act when she found out I had the First Choice Preventive plan and a Dental supplemental plan. She stated Preventive plan was only for people without dental insurance. She then canceled my preventive plan. Very unpleasant person and I decided right then I am never going to first choice again. Had a root canal become infected while traveling and first choice dental determined I needed an extraction. Dr Lee was a great dentist and communicated along every step of the extraction. I’m still recovering but so far so good. The treatment was excellent. The reception staff phenomenal and knowledgeable. I’m waiting on a refund check for a clerical error that involved a treatment plan. They assumed I was returning for follow up care, and I didn’t understand that step involved another appointment- but I live on the east coa... read more
Everyone involved in my appointment was amazing, from the receptionists, to the assistant, and the dentist himself. I felt really comfortable to ask questions and let them know if I was concerned or in pain. When I asked for a touchup on one of my fillings it was quickly and easily provided. I’ve already recommended First Choice to a few friends of mine and will continue to do so if they’re looking for dental treatment.
After being dentist phobic for years, these folks have turned me around. So much thanks to Tiffany for all her incredible work and constant support. The whole office group is amazing. Competent and welcoming. Thank you as always
