I had such a great experience! As someone who has dental anxiety my hygienist Brooke, Dr.Austin and their assistants were all so comforting and knowledgeable. They all explained things in an easy to follow manner making the entire experience flow smoothly. If you are looking for a new dentist office take your business to first choice!
From the moment I called, Jaren was incredibly helpful, he quickly located my insurance plan, clearly explained my coverage, and was able to book me an appointment right away. When I arrived, Jenny welcomed me with patience and kindness, walking me through each step of the visit so I felt completely at ease. Dr. Adams took the time to really listen to my concerns and offered thoughtful, personalized suggestions. The whole team made me feel cared for and confident in the care I was receiving. Highly recommend!
My experiences at First Choice Dental East have always been exceptional. Every single member of this clinic, from the dentist to the receptionist, has been remarkable. I could be having a bad work day and come here and it's the bright spot of my entire day! Great people. Quality work.
I chipped my tooth in the morning and they were able to see me in the afternoon. Everyone, from the receptionist to the hygienist to the doctor, made me feel welcome and at ease with the procedure. They were able to fill the chip on the same visit, and the cost was pretty reasonable for not having been in this year's budget. They made the whole process as easy as I could have expected, and the massage feature in the exam chair was a nice bonus :)
I should probably be gatekeeping this place because it’s hands-down the best dental office I’ve ever been to—but I won’t, because everyone deserves a dentist they actually love going to. From the moment I walked in, Sam at the front desk was welcoming and knowledgeable. But the real stars of my visit were my hygienist Jeryn and her assistant Courtney.
