I just moved to WI a week ago. Researched online for a dentist. I found First Choice Dental and was able to get an appointment on the same day. The office staff was very friendly and helpful. Answered all my questions. I was greeted by my hygienist Kesley, she was amazing. She explained everything before she started my examination and cleaning. I have been going to First Choice Dental on the Eastside for 5 years. They constantly keep up on improving their customer service- which they do a great job with. Dr. Austin, and Jarin are consistently helpful, and take the time to listen to my concerns, while treating them in a timely manner. Cleanings can be done in 30 minutes! Highly recommend Dr. Austin! I used to have Julie as my hygienist, but since she retired, I have just been bopping around. She was the reason I stayed with First Choice. Everyone I've seen has been great, but who I am working with now, Ashley, is just fantastic! She takes great care of me and is so genuine and personable. This was supposed to be a quick shout-out and thank you to Dr. Austin, (aka Dr. Schopbach), and the folks that are part of his practice- First Choice Dental, on East Washington St., in Madison. This, however, will be a bit longer.
