I have never loved going to the dentist before coming here. Dr. Austin always goes above and beyond to give the best care and options for dental health and cosmetic procedures. He has the best chairside and always explains what is going on inside your mouth ( even if you can't feel it ). Ashley is also phenomenal. With her fun personality and amazing care she makes sure my dental treatments are thorough yet it doesn't feel at all invasive. I have been going to First Choice Dental on the Eastside for 5 years. They constantly keep up on improving their customer service- which they do a great job with. Dr. Austin, and Jarin are consistently helpful, and take the time to listen to my concerns, while treating them in a timely manner. Cleanings can be done in 30 minutes! Highly recommend Dr. Austin! I used to have Julie as my hygienist, but since she retired, I have just been bopping around. She was the reason I stayed with First Choice. Everyone I've seen has been great, but who I am working with now, Ashley, is just fantastic! She takes great care of me and is so genuine and personable. This was supposed to be a quick shout-out and thank you to Dr. Austin, (aka Dr. Schopbach), and the folks that are part of his practice- First Choice Dental, on East Washington St., in Madison.
