Dr.Austin is Hands down Amazing!! I had a really bad experience with a different dentist and that made me shy away from going to any dentist for a very long time. My daughter had gone to him and had an excellent experience so I thought I would try . Am so glad I did he is very confident, has amazing people skills and treats you with respect and does not judge. Very professional. Staff was courteous and quick to greet. The hygienist who saw me made sure I understood and was comfortable the entire time. Cleaning was first rate. The dentist answered my few questions when I saw them. Highly recommended!
I had such a great experience! As someone who has dental anxiety my hygienist Brooke, Dr.Austin and their assistants were all so comforting and knowledgeable. They all explained things in an easy to follow manner making the entire experience flow smoothly. If you are looking for a new dentist office take your business to first choice!
I've had nightmares with many dentist in the Madison Wisconsin area!!! I am now and will forever be a customer of 1st choice dental. Amazing staff from the front desk, assistants and too the doctors. Awesome job guys you've earned all 5 stars!
From the moment I called, Jaren was incredibly helpful, he quickly located my insurance plan, clearly explained my coverage, and was able to book me an appointment right away. When I arrived, Jenny welcomed me with patience and kindness, walking me through each step of the visit so I felt completely at ease. Dr. Adams took the time to really listen to my concerns and offered thoughtful, personalized suggestions. The whole team made me feel cared for and confident in the care I was receiving.
