Very nice dental office with nice people working in each area. The front desk was welcoming. The hygienist and her assistant were super friendly and gave me great advice. The dentist was also quite friendly. I’m glad that they take my insurance and are close to my work and home.
I always have such a great experience! Ashley and Taleah are absolute dolls. They are both so kind, gentle, and took the time to explain everything they were doing. You can tell they genuinely care about their patients and go the extra mile to make you comfortable. The whole appointment felt smooth and stress-free, which is not something I usually say about going to the dentist! Highly recommend them to anyone looking for a dental team that’s both professional and genuinely caring.
Rarely do the review thing, but I have to share what a positive experience this was! I have a major fear of going to the dentist and usually dread it, but First Choice was a genuinely restorative experience. I went for a new patience visit. All the folks I encountered from the front desk staff to the Dr. were so kind. I do NOT enjoy the dentist. Debbie has saved me yet again after previous hygienists have left or retired (how dare they!) I’ve loved 3 hygenists over the years and they are all no longer at First Choice. Sad isn’t it?! But! somebody ( I don’t know who but THANK YOU) gave me Debbie as my new hygienist and she is sooo great - so kind - puts up with all my anxiety over dentist work and is a gem! Thank you! (Debbie - you can never retire! Sorry!) Also Dr. Austin is so very kind and gentle & puts up with me too! Thank you! 😊
