Facility is nice and staff is friendly. Procedures and visits are quick and they provide good reminders. However, they have consistently failed to follow-through on things after the appointment. I have been offered quotes for future procedures multiple times and have never received them. They've referred me to oral surgeons who never receive the referrals and don't get back to me when I call about it. Then they wonder why I haven't had a procedure done. This was by far the most pleasant dental visit I have ever had. Brooke was not only a skilled hygienist but also a delightful conversationalist, making me feel completely at ease. Her thorough cleaning and gentle guidance were top-notch. Dr. Austin was equally friendly and professional, taking the time to explain everything clearly. I am thrilled to have finally found a dental office that I can trust and look forward to returning to for all my future dental needs.
Just went in for a regular cleaning and concerns about some gum recession. Usually cleanings hurt pretty bad because of the recession, but not here at all. They also do things like check for gum disease and signs of mouth cancer which no dentist I’ve gone to has ever done so that was pretty cool. It was very quick and painless. Amazing experience from first touch point to final exit - and I am hard to please when it comes to dental visits! I struggle with significant anxiety, and my visit went wonderfully without a hitch. I never thought I'd say I actually had an enjoyable experience at the dentist but this location is awesome. So open and beautiful right on the river and the chairs have massagers. Ashley and Talia are literally the nicest people ever and make the experience less scary. I drive 30 minutes out of my way to go to this location.
