My experience at First Choice Dental in Middleton on the afternoon of 8/10 was excellent. Friendly staff, the dentist (sorry I can't recall her name) was great at quickly re-attaching a loose crown. I was there 20 minutes. My experience on the phone with First Choice Dental in Verona on the morning of 8/10 was disappointing. I called at 8AM and was told "We have no openings this week." My dental hygienist was very knowledgeable, patient, pleasant, and kind. She made the experience comfortable and informative. I appreciated having the oral cancer screening UV light used to identify any unusual cellular activity. That was a first for me! I look forward to my next cleaning🤩
Awesome experience. I had a dental semi emergency. I broke a tooth on a Friday and they were able to get me in at the Middleton location for an evaluation and scheduled me for a crown starting the next week. Very nice and professional and the office is so modern and clean! I am a patient for life!
I made an exam and cleaning appointment with FC when I wasn’t able to get one at my regular dentist appointment. The exam and X-rays went fine. Dentist and assistant were very friendly. The cleaning experience was not as good. I have never experienced discomfort during a cleaning until this one. I have a lot of root exposure and the hygienist didn’t exercise much empathy for all of the resulting sensitivity. My muscles were sore later after from holding them tight the entire time. Barb and Brooke do excellent work cleaning my teeth. Dr Hassan is a great guy . I look forward to a short chat with him every time. Great energy. I left with a real positive vibe. The lady at the front desk who checked me in and out has the perfect attitude and manner of dealing with people. She is gold. How often do you leave a dental appointment happier than when you went in?
