Amy at the Middleton location is the best hygienist my girls have ever had. Incredibly kind. My girls also told me she was so gentle on their teeth, they told me it felt like a calming spa experience. 💖

I arrived early for my scheduled check up and Ashley was able to take me in early, a nice surprise since I come from Milwaukee. She is efficient and gentle and informative about what she is doing. I continue coming to this office because of people like her and Dr. Graf who I have been with for over 30 years. This new location is beautiful and comfortable as were the other previous offices.

I am very disappointed with the service I received. I initially came to the office to get X-rays and was told I needed additional 3-D X-rays. I was quoted a price for these X-rays and scheduled an appointment. After waiting two weeks for the appointment, I arrived only to be told that it was actually a consultation—not the X-rays I was told I would be getting. I 100% recommend First Choice Dental. I am one of those who fear the dentist due to extreme sensitivity and one bad visit to the dentist years ago. The Dental Assistant and Dental Hygientist made me feel very comfortable and was able to get my teeth cleaned feeling at ease. The Dentist was so nice and personable. I'm glad I made the right choice to call when a friend referred me to First Choice Dental in Middleton.

Middleton Parmenter location has been fantastic! The dentists and hygienists were all so great with my 8-year-old daughter. There was one lady up at the front desk that was not warm or welcoming whatsoever. She seemed irritated and a bit short fused as she was training two other gals. Aside from that, our visits have been very positive. Pros: Scheduling has been a breeze! Other locations have been notorious for last minute cancellations.
