I arrived early for my scheduled check up and Ashley was able to take me in early, a nice surprise since I come from Milwaukee. She is efficient and gentle and informative about what she is doing. I continue coming to this office because of people like her and Dr. Graf who I have been with for over 30 years. This new location is beautiful and comfortable as were the other previous offices.

I 100% recommend First Choice Dental. I am one of those who fear the dentist due to extreme sensitivity and one bad visit to the dentist years ago. The Dental Assistant and Dental Hygientist made me feel very comfortable and was able to get my teeth cleaned feeling at ease. The Dentist was so nice and personable. I'm glad I made the right choice to call when a friend referred me to First Choice Dental in Middleton.

I was having pain and swelling after some cavities were filled and I waited a few days. The Middleton office was able to get me in and get me on a antibiotic right away after seeing me. So glad they could fit me in as they were not my regular office that could not get me in.

I am very disappointed with the service I received. I initially came to the office to get X-rays and was told I needed additional 3-D X-rays. I was quoted a price for these X-rays and scheduled an appointment. After waiting two weeks for the appointment, I arrived only to be told that it was actually a consultation—not the X-rays I was told I would be getting. First time visiting this location. Lovely place and view. The staff were all friendly. I came across 4 different people and all were just so nice. I’ll admit, I walked into my appointment in “not a great place” and left much happier. That’s saying something because I don’t care going to the dentist. 😊
