I brought my 94 yr old mother for a general cleaning and check-up. She suffers from dementia and cannot hear very well. Everyone was so kind and patient with her. I was very happy with the whole experience. Even my mother commented in the car about how nice they were. Good job!

I have been a patient at First Choice at 4 different clinics and I have always received the best, caring, friendliest care. I moved away from Madison and I currently live 4 hours away but I still continue to return to First Choice because of the excellent care. My most recent office visits have been to the Mount Horeb clinic where the front desk staff was friendly and efficient and Dr Kelsi and the dental hygienists delivered their usual superb care. First time at this location. Everyone here is ridiculously friendly. Both the Hygienist, and the Doctor do an excellent job in explaining things in simple terms. I also appreciate the availability and the easy scheduling.
