My experience at first choice was great. I have a wonderful, caring,compassionate dental hygienic. Katie is very warm and understanding. I highly recommend her. The staff is great as well. Plus the location is great. Emiy annen. 🐶
I’ve been with first choice now for a couple years and they are amazing. I went in today for a tooth pull and a bone grafting And felt nothing they explained every process as they went. I am very happy with them, especially since they can do one stop shopping with getting a bridge and an implant if that’s the direction I need to go. Would definitely recommend them, especially since they have various locations and do not have to drive into Madison
Staff was wonderful! Dr. Kelsi took the time to explain treatment plan so we knew what exactly was going to happen and why. We would highly recommend First Choice Dental in Mt. Horeb!
The entire team was very welcoming start to finish. Hygienist asked great questions and clearly explained her findings. Dr. was great and gave options for care. Nothing felt rushed. Glad I switched to here.
This location is A shining example of what a dentist office should be. Absolutely awesome customer service, great communication, and took great care of me. Katie has given me a deep clean as well as another (whose name I can’t remember). I have nothing but great things to say. Not all First Choices are the same, this is the best one I have been to for sure! The whole family will coming here from now on.
