I always have such a great experience at First Choice! Sammy, my hygienist, is absolutely wonderful, she’s not only excellent at what she does, but also incredibly kind and friendly. She makes every visit comfortable and stress-free. The hygienist assistants are just as amazing. They are always so careful, polite, and attentive, which really shows how much they care about their patients. The whole team creates such a welcoming atmosphere. I've had several dental providers over the past 40+ years. I switched to FCD (Sun Prairie, WI) when I moved. I'm very satisfied with the services FCD provides. I don't always get the same hygienist or dentist...I could if I wanted...but that's okay. I've found everyone who has worked on my teeth to be equally caring and skilled. I recently had a crown replaced...I have many...and the gentleman who did it amazed me. I strongly dispute this charge and am very unhappy with the situation. I called as a new patient with a concern about a painful tooth. They were able to see me the next day. The CSR was clear about what they were able to offer. A brief exam and radiograph to decide what the next steps would be. When I got there the computer system was down. All the staff was very professional and transparent about what was happening. They were wonderful. It was my 2 year old's first visit to the dentist. She cried a little but they made her feel safe.
