I was overbilled for a procedure and ended up with a positive balance on my account with First Choice Dental. This was not a big deal until I asked to receive a check for the outstanding positive balance. The billing/accounting department is incredibly slow and there is no way for me to contact them. First I was told to wait 4-6 weeks for a check and I received nothing. Now they say the typical turnaround time is 2 months with more excuses. The hygienist was very good. I understand the whole idea behind having them have assistants , but please train them. This is the second visit that I have had the same assistant, and she has not learned how to do the polishing and flossing. Same thing both visits she skipped several teeth With the flossing, including under my bridge. And the polishing was cursory. Money wasted on her salary/pay.

I have nothing but good things to say about first choice. Gentle, I would recommend friends and relatives to go there for service. I love my hygienist Jessica. She's knowledgeable she knows what she's doing very pleasant person to be around and talk to I give her a 5 star.

Very challenging to get an appointment for a regular check up and their website makes you click day by day. Have been going here for a a few years now and overall, it's adequate, but nothing more. They fail to communicate any concerns with they have with YOU about your teeth and don't offer any recommendations for resolving before it's too late.

I've had great experiences at First Choice Dental in Sun Prairie. They do an excellent job of keeping my teeth clean and in good shape. They are very professional and personable I look forward to my dental visits.
