I've had several dental providers over the past 40+ years. I switched to FCD (Sun Prairie, WI) when I moved. I'm very satisfied with the services FCD provides. I don't always get the same hygienist or dentist...I could if I wanted...but that's okay. I've found everyone who has worked on my teeth to be equally caring and skilled. I recently had a crown replaced...I have many...and the gentleman who did it amazed me. I called as a new patient with a concern about a painful tooth. They were able to see me the next day. The CSR was clear about what they were able to offer. A brief exam and radiograph to decide what the next steps would be. When I got there the computer system was down. All the staff was very professional and transparent about what was happening. They were wonderful. It was my 2 year old's first visit to the dentist. She cried a little but they made her feel safe.

I’ve been going to first choice with Jessica being my primary dental assistant for awhile now. As much as I would like to make some sarcastic jokes on her performance. She does excellent work. Keeps a good conversation going and makes the appointments go quickly. Doesn’t seem to know how to floss my teeth properly after all these years but overall gets the job done. lol. In all seriousness, I don’t see me changing Dentists anytime soon, and that’s basically because of her. She’s aight.

Dr. Patel & Tye were amazing! I had a temporary crown placed & a filling - the only discomfort I felt was from the Novocain injections, which was minimal because Tye kept coaching me to take deep breaths, other than that I felt nothing. It’s been 8hrs now & I have no soreness, discomfort or difficulties with my teeth eating or drinking hot/cold fluids. Dr. Patel was very helpful, knowledgeable, & professional. She explained the full care plan to me & what the plan would look like if there were changes based on my symptoms... read more
