I always have such a great experience at First Choice! Sammy, my hygienist, is absolutely wonderful, she’s not only excellent at what she does, but also incredibly kind and friendly. She makes every visit comfortable and stress-free. The hygienist assistants are just as amazing. They are always so careful, polite, and attentive, which really shows how much they care about their patients. The whole team creates such a welcoming atmosphere. Being at the appointment was not a pleasant experience. However, Ty did everything possible to make it better. He and the Dr. were both very patient and kind when I needed a break or had a question. They checked in with me frequently and made sure I was tolerating treatment ok. They were gentle with their suggestions like, “ we’re just going to hold your tongue down firmly or “here’s a bite block because you seem to keep accidentally closing your mouth on our fingers”. I've had several dental providers over the past 40+ years. I switched to FCD (Sun Prairie, WI) when I moved. I'm very satisfied with the services FCD provides. I don't always get the same hygienist or dentist...I could if I wanted...but that's okay. I've found everyone who has worked on my teeth to be equally caring and skilled. I recently had a crown replaced...I have many...and the gentleman who did it amazed me. I called as a new patient with a concern about a painful tooth. They were able to see me the next day. The CSR was clear about what they were able to offer. A brief exam and radiograph to decide what the next steps would be. When I got there the computer system was down. All the staff was very professional and transparent about what was happening. I love going to first choice dental. I started going here about 12 years ago because I had a broken tooth, they were able to fix it right away and have been wonderful to work with since. I have shared a few things that made me nervous about the dentist and each time they treat me with dignity and respect.
