I have had a great experience with first choice dental. The staff is very helpful and understanding. They helped me understand my insurance coverage. I felt very comfortable talking to the staff. My last place made me feel like a number. The staff really makes you feel like they care about you getting the most of your coverage, im having a tooth extracted tomorrow and I feel good about it, " usually im worried" My appointment was a few weeks out. There was a cancelation and they called me right away, very happy about that.

Aly (who does my cleanings) and Dr. Christine Mendoza are absolutely fantastic. They always take the time to answer my questions and make me feel at ease — which means a lot, especially for someone like me who’s had a ton of dental work. The front desk team is equally great, and my interactions with Shanna (hope I’m spelling that right!) have been nothing but positive. She’s always helpful with follow-ups and genuinely understanding of my situation. I really appreciate the entire team! — Thanks, Travis

I had the most wonderful experience getting a crown done yesterday. I have never encountered such gentle, kind and compassionate people as Dr. Mendoza and her assistant Candy. I highly recommend this practice. The front desk employees are top notch too.

I called this office to confirm that the dentists were in my Guardian DentalGuard PPO network. The person I spoke with was very short and dismissive, repeatedly telling me that “all the doctors apply.” I tried to explain that I was worried because the Guardian website showed different information. I found a doctor who was listed as in-network and asked if my appointment could be scheduled with him specifically. She said yes, that could be arranged, but she sounded very annoyed. Dr Mitev and his assistant Candy were awesome. That is the first time I have ever been able to actually relax while having dental work done. Highly recommend them to everyone!
