Aly (who does my cleanings) and Dr. Christine Mendoza are absolutely fantastic. They always take the time to answer my questions and make me feel at ease — which means a lot, especially for someone like me who’s had a ton of dental work. The front desk team is equally great, and my interactions with Shanna (hope I’m spelling that right!) have been nothing but positive. I had the most wonderful experience getting a crown done yesterday. I have never encountered such gentle, kind and compassionate people as Dr. Mendoza and her assistant Candy. I highly recommend this practice. The front desk employees are top notch too.

I called this office to confirm that the dentists were in my Guardian DentalGuard PPO network. The person I spoke with was very short and dismissive, repeatedly telling me that “all the doctors apply.” I tried to explain that I was worried because the Guardian website showed different information. I found a doctor who was listed as in-network and asked if my appointment could be scheduled with him specifically. She said yes, that could be arranged, but she sounded very annoyed. We switched to First Choice Dental after 20 years at another Dental Clinic in Madison, because they stopped accepting our Insurance. I must say that we were very impressed with the warm welcome and service that we received at our first visit.
