I am writing to express my profound dissatisfaction with the dental services I received today. My appointment, which began with the expectation of routine care, instead resulted in a significantly negative experience lasting nearly two hours. During this appointment, four of my teeth were drilled, a procedure which caused considerable pain and was far beyond what I anticipated or had experienced during previous visits. Had a very pleasant experience. Went in for a double crown procedure. Dr. Budde and his staff were excellent. Kept me in the loop as to what was going on at all times. They made sure I was comfortable throughout the procedure. The office staff is excellent also and kept me apprised of costs and insurance coverage. It was a nice experience from being on time to final crown installment. Highly recommend First Choice Sun Prairie!
Krystal is great! She is very knowledgeable, friendly and informative. She is not judgmental if you have dental issues or have neglected thorough care and maintenance of your teeth. She will work with you to devise a plan to improve your dental health . Highly recommend her and the check in staff at First Choice - Sun Prairie (North) off Wilburn Rd.
