I am writing to express my profound dissatisfaction with the dental services I received today. My appointment, which began with the expectation of routine care, instead resulted in a significantly negative experience lasting nearly two hours. Krystal is hands down the best hygienist! She’s thoughtful, skilled and kind. We’re new to First Choice and so thankful to have found her! The dentist Dr. Matev was also great! Thanks for being such a great team! We feel confident in our care.

Had a very pleasant experience. Went in for a double crown procedure. Dr. Budde and his staff were excellent. Kept me in the loop as to what was going on at all times. They made sure I was comfortable throughout the procedure. The office staff is excellent also and kept me apprised of costs and insurance coverage. It was a nice experience from being on time to final crown installment. Highly recommend First Choice Sun Prairie!

This was my second visit to this office and it was a great experience. The hygienist, Dawn is great and was so sweet to remember so many concerns or personal details from my first visit. She also advocated my concerns and needs with the dentist which I appreciated! The dentist Dr. Mitev is thorough and showed pictures to explain his treatment plans.

Krystal is great! She is very knowledgeable, friendly and informative. She is not judgmental if you have dental issues or have neglected thorough care and maintenance of your teeth. She will work with you to devise a plan to improve your dental health . Highly recommend her and the check in staff at First Choice - Sun Prairie (North) off Wilburn Rd.
