I have had a great experience with first choice dental. The staff is very helpful and understanding. They helped me understand my insurance coverage. I felt very comfortable talking to the staff. My last place made me feel like a number. The staff really makes you feel like they care about you getting the most of your coverage, im having a tooth extracted tomorrow and I feel good about it, " usually im worried" My appointment was a few weeks out. There was a cancelation and they called me right away, very happy about that.

This is my first visit to this particular first choice dental office. The staff and my dental hygienist were very courteous. My teeth cleaning went very well and I appreciated the fact that I could put off my x-rays for my next appointment. I did discuss shortly The front door's not happening automatic openers for people who are in wheelchairs or that physically cannot open the doors on their own. If this would have been in place, I would have given this review five stars.

The care I have received from Dr. Budi and his staff, including Ellen, Megan, Cora and Bailey, has been outstanding. Their professionalism and caring attitude continue to make my visits pleasant. I have had many dental procedures at other facilities, but I am very happy to have found this office.

Aly (who does my cleanings) and Dr. Christine Mendoza are absolutely fantastic. They always take the time to answer my questions and make me feel at ease — which means a lot, especially for someone like me who’s had a ton of dental work. The front desk team is equally great, and my interactions with Shanna (hope I’m spelling that right!) have been nothing but positive. She’s always helpful with follow-ups and genuinely understanding of my situation. I really appreciate the entire team! — Thanks, Travis

I had the most wonderful experience getting a crown done yesterday. I have never encountered such gentle, kind and compassionate people as Dr. Mendoza and her assistant Candy. I highly recommend this practice. The front desk employees are top notch too.
