Had a very pleasant experience. Went in for a double crown procedure. Dr. Budde and his staff were excellent. Kept me in the loop as to what was going on at all times. They made sure I was comfortable throughout the procedure. The office staff is excellent also and kept me apprised of costs and insurance coverage. It was a nice experience from being on time to final crown installment. Highly recommend First Choice Sun Prairie!
ALL the staff at the Sun Prairie First choice dental are so friendly and professional and Dr. MATEV Is the most caring - Respectful Dentist I have ever had. I always tell him he can NEVER Leave and if he leaves I will follow him!! I would definitely recommend this Dental office !! In my opinion they are the BEST.
It was great. I broke a tooth and as I am traveling right now. I wasn't near my dentist. I called and they fit me in. The dentist Christine talked to me about each step she was doing. It made me feel really confident in her ability to take care of me.
This was my second visit to this office and it was a great experience. The hygienist, Dawn is great and was so sweet to remember so many concerns or personal details from my first visit. She also advocated my concerns and needs with the dentist which I appreciated! The dentist Dr. Mitev is thorough and showed pictures to explain his treatment plans.
After going here for over 3 years, I feel truly betrayed by First Choice Dental. I started off at Sun Prairie and they were amazing with cleaning and service. I usually go every 6 months or twice a year, which is what most of the insurance covers for preventative. Last year, I moved to Verona location, and the staff transferring my future schedules booked me 3 times in a year, in Jan, Jun, and Dec.
