The staff there are incredibly friendly and check in always goes smoothly, allowing me to be seen almost immediately every time I've been there! The hygienists nd the dentists that work there are very thorough and always explain their processes in an understandable way. They are very good at offering various options and plans depending on what you need and what work is required to be done. Would recommend!

My first experience with a dentist here was great! Megan was super great, was able to work with a cry baby like me as I’m not a fan of going to the dentist without kicking me out 😂 But made the experience worth while and gave me some key points to further improve my care and very friendly staff members. Even if I change insurance, I hope to continue to have them as my go to option for any future visits. Update 5/28/26: Had to go for a second visit for a filling. My recent visit was excellent. Krystal, my hygienist, was kind, attentive, and took the time to listen to my concerns. She did a wonderful job cleaning my teeth, and I truly appreciated her professionalism and care. I had a great experience and would highly recommend this office.

I've been going to First Choice Dental for a long time and I'll be a lifetime customer. I've been going to this location for several years and everyone there has always been amazing, as well as every other one of their clinics I've been to. I went in yesterday for a cleaning and exam after neglecting my dental health for a couple years, but was still frequenting the other Sun Prairie location for Invisalign treatment. Dr. Matev is by far the best dentist I’ve ever had the pleasure of having care for me. He’s kind, funny, attentive, but most importantly he’s meticulous and brilliant. His assistants are also smart, friendly, and helpful. They treat each other with absolute respect, which is very calming and reassuring.
