Overall I had an excellent experience. I had a very thorough teeth cleaning and exam. The staff was friendly, yet fully committed to my dental care and made sure to answer my questions. See you again.
First choice junction road , friendly personable staff. When you go to a dentist office and the same staff have been there for over 20 yrs, you know they are being treated like family and that’s how Dr, Bradley makes the patients feel as well. All of the newer hygienist or office employees, have the same friendly attitude. Amazing dedication to being the best Dentist team out there. I will continue to visit First Choice as long as I’m able ! My teeth feel great 🦷
I will say that I have seen a couple of good hygienists at this Junction Road location. For that I am thankful as good dental care can be hard to find. Unfortunately, I am not able to recommend First Choice Dental to anyone, due to some other issues myself and my family members have had in the couple years we have been patients here. The way they do their charges/billing is just not right and they fully took advantage of my daughter at her visit today, which I am very unhappy about. I like that they are so understanding and gentle. I'm on a regular appointment schedule, but my husband had to cancel an appointment and it's been a challenge to get back on the schedule. Otherwise, I'd give First Choice Dental a 5 star rating. Dr. Bradley is the best!
Everyone was extremely kind and welcoming to me as a new client. They were very thorough and explained everything they were doing in an effective yet compassionate manner. The people at the front desk were also extremely helpful and patient while I was filling out new paperwork.
