Florence Dental Office has honestly become my favourite place to get dental work done. The location couldn’t be more convenient — it’s close to both my work and home, which makes scheduling appointments so easy. I first came to Florence Dentistry during a dental emergency with a very painful toothache. It was a Friday afternoon, and after calling several clinics, no one was able to see me on such short notice. When I called Florence Dentistry and explained my situation, they told me they were actually about to close. But still made an exception for me. Had my teeth cleaned and whitened by Emily. Super professional and knowledgeable. She took great care to protect my gums prior to whitening - zero sensitivity or irritation. Very happy with the results! Even tone from gum line to biting edge. No blotches. Recommended.
Sadly, I've had many occasions to visit dentists throughout my life, but happily, I was introduced to Dr. Lysik some years ago, and she (and her team) have been excellent. Never a second of discomfort, first-class work, and simply wonderful people. I used to dread going to a dentist, and no hyperbole - I actually look forward to it now. They are that good.
I have been to quite a few different dental offices in Ottawa and Gatineau and I have to say that I finally found the one! I have never had a one-hour hygiene cleaning before and Christelle is one-of-a-kind! It was the best cleaning I have ever gotten, very thorough and meticulous, she takes her time with every patient, and you leave with your mouth feeling so clean and healthy.
