Florence Dental Office has honestly become my favourite place to get dental work done. The location couldn’t be more convenient — it’s close to both my work and home, which makes scheduling appointments so easy. I love going to this dentistry! I have always received exceptional service since I started going from 12 cavities to none. It's a pretty great atmosphere literally right through the door up until you're with the hygienist or the dentist. Also the receptionist is very funny :)
I have been to quite a few different dental offices in Ottawa and Gatineau and I have to say that I finally found the one! I have never had a one-hour hygiene cleaning before and Christelle is one-of-a-kind! It was the best cleaning I have ever gotten, very thorough and meticulous, she takes her time with every patient, and you leave with your mouth feeling so clean and healthy. I have tried a few Dentist offices in my life, but it wasn’t until I found Florence Dentistry 10 years ago, that I realized what I was missing. The care of service, professional excellence and complete package vibe is second to none. Florence Dentistry is simply one of the best dental care teams I have had. They have been taking care of my teeth for over 3 years now and I continue to be very pleased with their services. Christelle is my usual hygienist, and she is the best. They are very professional and always available for urgent care. Highly recommend.
