I had an excellent experience at Forest City Dental, thanks to their amazing dental hygienist Sue, and their Dentist Dr. Morad. From the moment I sat in the chair, they made me feel completely at ease with their calm and friendly approach. Had a tooth pulled and was quoted for it. Had the procedure done and then was told I had to pay three times the amount originally quoted. The place is great and the dentists are awesome and the experience of the extraction was fine. I just didn’t appreciate having to pay more than I was told initially. I really couldn’t afford it and had to put the charge on my credit card so that sucked but overall great office and experience.
I’ve been going to this dental office for over 20 years and have always had great experiences. Recently, I had an issue where my night guard didn’t fit properly, and I wasn’t sure how it would be handled. The team went above and beyond. they re-scanned my teeth and provided a new night guard that fits perfectly and didn’t charge me for the replacement. Their response really reinforced my trust in their commitment to patient care and gave me even more confidence in staying with them.
I had a great experience at this dental office! Dr. Bhullar was professional and quickly diagnosed my daughter’s issue. They were also on time, and the front desk did an excellent job rescheduling us when needed. Highly recommend!”
