I had an excellent experience at Forest City Dental, thanks to their amazing dental hygienist Sue, and their Dentist Dr. Morad. From the moment I sat in the chair, they made me feel completely at ease with their calm and friendly approach. I’ve been going to this dental office for over 20 years and have always had great experiences. Recently, I had an issue where my night guard didn’t fit properly, and I wasn’t sure how it would be handled. The team went above and beyond. they re-scanned my teeth and provided a new night guard that fits perfectly and didn’t charge me for the replacement. Their response really reinforced my trust in their commitment to patient care and gave me even more confidence in staying with them.
