I had an excellent experience at Forest City Dental, thanks to their amazing dental hygienist Sue, and their Dentist Dr. Morad. From the moment I sat in the chair, they made me feel completely at ease with their calm and friendly approach. They explained everything clearly, answered all my questions, and took the time to ensure I was comfortable throughout the cleaning. Beware and stay away. The office does not pay hard working temp staff. I have been waiting to be paid for 3 weeks now and nothing. I get the we have a new office manger and we need a new card. I went in early, treated patients with kindness and delivered excellent treatment. If you have any questions please PM me. Help hard working staff. Beware not on the up and up.
I’ve been going to this dental office for over 20 years and have always had great experiences. Recently, I had an issue where my night guard didn’t fit properly, and I wasn’t sure how it would be handled. The team went above and beyond. they re-scanned my teeth and provided a new night guard that fits perfectly and didn’t charge me for the replacement. Their response really reinforced my trust in their commitment to patient care and gave me even more confidence in staying with them.
1. Staff...First class . Friendly and helpful. 2 Dentists...As good as can be determined by a non-health care professional as are we. 3. Hygienists...Personable and competent. Marissa is a gem. IMPORTANT: A CBC/CTV news item last night was very critical of dentists who, add exorbitant extra charges to the Federal health plan. This dental clinic is very reasonable in that regard. We are pleased to recommend them.
