I had a cleaning by Tara today and she was so great that I felt compelled to leave a review. She was warm, personable, and explained everything very thoroughly. She made sure I was comfortable through the duration of the appointment and was so nice to spend an hour with that the dentist appointment felt like legitimate self-care.
I want to share my experience of today's dental cleaning. To be honest, it was the first time I experienced such pain during the cleaning process. I mentioned that it was painful, and the dentist changed the procedure and started cleaning in a different way. However, I did not notice any change in the dentist's approach to the patient. When I mentioned that I had sensitive teeth, the dentist suggested trying painkillers, but unfortunately, this did not happen. Hands down most positive and professional dental office in the fort Saskatchewan and Edmonton area. I would literally pay for my family to experience this positive welcoming environment each and every visit!
Will never recommend anyone go to this dentist. A family member of mine had work done last week, woke up this morning in severe pain with a swollen face and she couldn’t eat/drink or barely close her mouth. When she called today to explain she needed an emergency appointment same day, they told her no and that they wouldn’t book her for another 2 weeks. I had my first visit to Fort Dental and saw Austin for my cleaning and X-rays. My experience from arrival to leaving was great. Austin was very kind, personable and professional and did an excellent job!
