I had a cleaning by Tara today and she was so great that I felt compelled to leave a review. She was warm, personable, and explained everything very thoroughly. She made sure I was comfortable through the duration of the appointment and was so nice to spend an hour with that the dentist appointment felt like legitimate self-care.
Will never recommend anyone go to this dentist. A family member of mine had work done last week, woke up this morning in severe pain with a swollen face and she couldn’t eat/drink or barely close her mouth. When she called today to explain she needed an emergency appointment same day, they told her no and that they wouldn’t book her for another 2 weeks. Thankfully another dentist was able to get her in today for an emergency and thank god they did as she had an awful root canal and was very close to infection. I do not under... read more
I want to share my experience of today's dental cleaning. To be honest, it was the first time I experienced such pain during the cleaning process. I mentioned that it was painful, and the dentist changed the procedure and started cleaning in a different way. However, I did not notice any change in the dentist's approach to the patient. When I mentioned that I had sensitive teeth, the dentist suggested trying painkillers, but unfortunately, this did not happen. As this was my first time at the clinic having work done, I would most definitely recommend this clinic as they were awesome from the time I walked in until the time I left!! 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼
The entire staff are very helpful. They answer all of my many questions without judgement. I appreciate the time they take to answer all my questions and when they check in with me while I’m at an appointment. They always send me off with the feeling that I am cared for and a valued patient. I thank Dr. Rattai and the entire staff for being so patient and kind to me on every visit.
