A very enjoyable experience. When entering one is greeted by Michelle with a pleasant and cheerful good morning. Off to the cleaning with Miss Hoa where we enjoy wonderful conversation and chuckles. I learned from her that on the Chinese calendar I was a dog, apparently there is no jackass, so all is good. Looking forward to a summer visit and parking my mobility scooter in the front lobby. I highly recommend.
Dr. Mao and his team are top-notch! All staff are kind, professional, and considerate of their patients. Cleanings are done gently and thoroughly, advice given is encouraging and focused on teaching the ways of good oral and dental practice at home between visits. Not only do I receive excellent service, I do truly feel invested in as an individual, more than just a name or number on a sheet of paper. Many, many thanks! Dr Mao is the BEST dentist I've ever had in my 71 years. So gentle and friendly while explaining everything. You can tell he loves his profession. Staff at clinic is 2nd to none. The BEST.
