I had a great experience at Fort Richmond Dental Centre. From the moment I walked in, the staff were friendly, welcoming, and professional. The team made me feel comfortable and at ease, which really helped with any dental anxiety. The dentist took the time to explain everything clearly and was very gentle and thorough throughout my visit. Appointments are well organized with minimal wait time, and the clinic has a warm, caring atmosphere. I truly felt well taken care of and would highly recommend this center.
I recently had a root canal with Dr. Morgan Murray and her assistant Cindy and I am genuinely amazed at how efficient and smooth the process was. And another person Aakriti the one who took time to thoroughly explain the procedure and answer all my questions. Always a great experience going in for checkups at Fort Richmond Dental Centre. Fong is a amazing hygienist and very friendly. My 5 year old daughter looks forward to her dental appointments. They have a great team over there.
As someone who suffers from severe dentist anxiety, I feel so well cared for here. Warmth and kindness exudes from all the staff in the building from the moment you walk through the doors (which feels like a rare quality!).
