I believe every clinic deserves the benefit of the doubt, and perhaps this was simply an off day — but the experience I had here was difficult to ignore. I came in for a very specific and relatively simple issue: my dental crown had fallen off and needed to be reattached. Cindy was outstanding—friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to help me find a night guard that actually worked for me. Dr. Murray, the hygienist, and the receptionist are all amazing. It was my first time there, and the very next day they were able to fit me in for an emergency root canal appointment. I felt no pain at all. Highly recommend!
I started bringing my 6 and 8 year old here a year ago. They are amazing with children. FR Dental doesn’t just fluff through the appointment just because they’re kids. They do a thorough job. Patient a kind. LOVE THEM!
