Dr Lee is simply amazing!!! Made sure I was very confortable with my procedures every step of the way. Front desk staff are also very helpful. I had an issue with my insurance claim and they made sure to get the right code submitted to my provider to get it sorted. Glad I went with this clinic.
Over a long period of dental care with the Fort Richmond Dental Centre, I have always experienced fantastic professional service and expertise! My dental cleaning experience today was great, as usual. Hygienist went above and beyond given I have a serious pain problem with touching one of my teeth. I felt comfortable in letting her do as best she could...she managed to do everything w/o sending me into pain orbit! Thank you! A great dental team, friendly, experienced, and professional.
Had a great experience at Fort Richmond dental yesterday. Tim cleaned my teeth. He was friendly and conscientious and explained everything very well. Dr Lee replaced the crowns on my front teeth a while ago. I had been very worried that the procedure would be painful and that there would be chronic pain afterwards since I have had a bad experience in the past. I needn’t have worried though.
