I believe every clinic deserves the benefit of the doubt, and perhaps this was simply an off day — but the experience I had here was difficult to ignore. I came in for a very specific and relatively simple issue: my dental crown had fallen off and needed to be reattached. My husband has been going to this dental clinic for several years and I finally transferred since this is closest to our house. I got my dental cleaning done by Phuong who is very welcoming and friendly. It felt like a family friend that I finally met. Service is excellent.

I had a wonderful experience at Fort Richmond Dental. I was getting a mouthguard to prevent nighttime teeth grinding. I had to come back several times, as the lab-made guard was not fitting properly. All the staff were very helpful. Dr. Murray was very kind, and waived my fee, because of the long process. I appreciate the great service I received. I highly recommend this dental office!
