Looking for a family dental clinic, I found Fort Richmond Dental Clinic. I decided to try it and had a wonderful experience. The courteous front desk staff greeted us with welcoming smiles, and we were promptly booked. Our appointment with Dr A Lee was exceptional, professional, and the restoration pain-free. She also uplifted us with kind words. Her assistants were excellent as well. Each visit has been consistently positive. I highly recommend them.
I recently had a root canal with Dr. Morgan Murray and her assistant Cindy and I am genuinely amazed at how efficient and smooth the process was. And another person Aakriti the one who took time to thoroughly explain the procedure and answer all my questions. As someone who suffers from severe dentist anxiety, I feel so well cared for here. Warmth and kindness exudes from all the staff in the building from the moment you walk through the doors (which feels like a rare quality!). I have experienced no feels of judgement; only kindness :) Highly recommend!
I experienced an unexpected dental problem over the weekend, and it became urgent on Sunday. When I called my clinic’s front desk on Monday morning, the staff listened carefully, and understood my situation. She asked great questions and I could see that she was determined to do everything she could to help. My regular dentist, Dr Morgan Murray, saw me within an hour. I hadn’t had a filling in about 15 years and was very nervous about having to get two at once. Both the doctor, Dr Morgan Murray and the dental assistant, Lisa were empathetic towards my feelings, professional, and very efficient. I survived my “ordeal” very nicely thanks to their sensitivity.
