Dr. Lee has been consistently excellent since she took me on as a client following Dr. McLennan's retirement. She works efficiently, and all of my appointments with her have been very smooth. The staff at Fort Richmond Dental are all extremely friendly and professional. They are also very accommodating, in terms of scheduling. Not only do I NOT dread going there, but I always have a good time, with at least a few good laughs. Wether it's a standard cleaning, or something more serious, it is genuinely a pleasure to get it done there.
Had my 6 month cleaning and check up today at Fort Richmond Dental Centre. I’ve been going here for 12 years and the professional & friendly service has been nothing short of awesome!! As the “elder” partners retired I was a little concerned but the fresh new Doctors have made the transition seamless and equally professional. 10 out of 10 for sure.
Great service here! I called for an emergency appointment and they were able to fit me in within an hour of my call. The hygienist (I believe her name was Lisa?) was so kind and went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. Dr. Murray was lovely aswell and took time to answer my questions. I absolutely will be coming back!
My experience was excellent. The receptionists were courteous and efficient. The dental assistants treated me very well. Dr Klymkiw performed my procedure quickly and in a manner which made me feel comfortable. Overall 5 Stars!
