I had sensitivity with my tooth that led to a finding that a root canal was necessary. They attempted lower intervention options first and kept me informed of all possibilities along the way so I knew what to expect. Once the root canal was necessary they accommodated my schedule. After seeing Dr. Boyko, I can confidently say he is truly top-tier in his profession. He is extremely professional and takes the time to clearly explain what needs to be done. His assistant is just as outstanding, very precise and thorough in explaining each step of the process. The rest of the staff is equally caring and professional. Thank you all for making the experience comfortable and reassuring.
Erin is excellent. Very competent and kind. Front desk staff always friendly and give great customer service. In addition, Dr. Boyko does not do unnecessary work! And if you have gum recession and pain during cleaning you get needles and you don't feel them. Amazing!
My first visit was very positive right from the greeting at the front desk onward. The assistant was a truly wonderful person, caring, knowledgeable and skilled, easily putting me at ease where at other locations I have felt tense and fearful. The exray experience was even painless when at other offices securing the device with teeth and gums was torture. This office is amazing. If you have severe dental anxiety, deal with anxiety or PTSD, or if you have had awful experiences in the past you're going to want to come here. The folks at the front desk are beyond kind, caring and compassionate. They make the whole clinic feel like a warm hug. The dental hygienist I had made me feel so comfy and explained every step she took, she was amazing. The Dentist was also beyond wonderful.
