My first visit was very positive right from the greeting at the front desk onward. The assistant was a truly wonderful person, caring, knowledgeable and skilled, easily putting me at ease where at other locations I have felt tense and fearful. The exray experience was even painless when at other offices securing the device with teeth and gums was torture. This office is amazing. If you have severe dental anxiety, deal with anxiety or PTSD, or if you have had awful experiences in the past you're going to want to come here. The folks at the front desk are beyond kind, caring and compassionate. They make the whole clinic feel like a warm hug. The dental hygienist I had made me feel so comfy and explained every step she took, she was amazing. The Dentist was also beyond wonderful. Phenomenal work by each and every member of this team. They've done wonders in making sure I’m comfortable and taken care of before and after my appointments. Just a lovely atmosphere they have here.
I’ve been a patient here off and on for over 15+ years and it’s always been a great experience, from the beginning to the end. Friendly staff, helpful, kind and professional. I never realized how great they they were until I recently made the mistake of trying another place. Lesson learned. Honestly, in 40 or more years of my dental experiences Fort Rouge Dental is hands down THE BEST. Absolutely recommend you give them a try! 😊
