I had a bad experience at this location. Let me share it with you! I had a work emergency and had to cancel and regular cleaning. This is a one off for me and not normal. I called at 5 or 6am and it was a work emergency. Mary the receptionist went ahead and billed me a huge cancellation fee. I had to deal with this while at a work emergency. Kim and Christine are fantastic hygienists. Been a patient here for 3 years and never had any issues. The front desk is amazing too and make scheduling appointments super easy.
I have been going to this clinic for 20+ years and highly recommend. Julie recently did my cleaning and she was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. In her words, she “could do this job in her sleep” which I believe! All the staff are very nice.
Thank you to Doctor Grewal and his assistant Biata for their professionalism and amazing skills! My case was very complex and they resolved it incredibly well. It has been a month since then and everything has been great without any adjustments required.
Had an appointment with Dr. Raghad Al Yafi. She had been my dentist in a small town where I live which is an hour and half away. She is friendly kind professional and patient and addresses any concerns you may have. The office staff is very friendly and more than willing to help with any questions you may have as well! Yes it’s far to drive but would highly recommend this office as well as this dentist.
