I have been attending Friedl Dentistry for many, many years. Melissa the Hygienist is amazing and personable. Dr. Walter, Dr. Warren and Dr. Zach are great with patient care and will always give honest opinions on treatment plans and costs. Very professional and inviting. The staff are amazing and go above and beyond for patient care. Mel and Carrie the receptionists know everyone by name and make it a welcoming environment. 5 stars is not enough.
I had a wonderful experience at my dentist appt this week. My hygienist, Michelle, is excellent and always pleasant, on time and accommodating. I was just scheduled a cleaning this visit but Dr. Friedl did come in as always just to touch base, say hi and to ensure all is well. I highly recommend Dr. Friedl's office. They are well organized and always have your best interests in hand.
When you walk in to check in you are greeted by friendly staff. When the dentist comes in you are treated with the best chair side manner. I had Dr Zack who is mild mannered and is good with people who have anxiety like myself. He answered all of my questions with professionalism and confidence. My hygienist Michelle loves what she does and it shows, she was also very gentle while cleaning my teeth, and very knowledgeable when answering my questions. I love going to Friedl Dentistry. My dentist Warren is very entertaining, good at his job and an athlete, I admire that. He's an amazing dentist, his assistant Karen is really funny and has a great smile. The entire atmosphere at that dental office is great. I had a cleaning the other day and the dental hygienist was very pleasant as well. I don't typically like going to the dentist but I don't mind coming to this office. Everyone is very nice.
We recently switched to Dr Warren from elsewhere and we are very happy that we did. The practice is spotless, so clean. The staff are all friendly and Dr Warren explains everything to you in detail. They really take their time and make you feel good about every visit! Also great with children.
