I had gone in as an emergency patient as I was having a lot of pain and problems with my teeth. The staff was wonderful and friendly. The dental assistants were very caring and took detailed information. The dentist listened to all my concerns and dealt with them quickly. If anyone is looking for a dentist, I would highly recommend Georgian Dental in Orillia.
My Experience at Georgian Dental. I went to Georgian Dental to get my partial dentures adjusted. They did not seem willing to adjust them and they said that they were no good and I need a new pair. So I went ahead with getting new dentures it took 4 weeks. I put them on they felt okay at the time but after half an hour they were hurting badly. These guys will not stop harassing people to get their teeth done. They will not stop texting and calling me for appointments. We have moved out of the province months ago. They have been informed and they still continue to call me. Bunch of overpaid amateurs at this place. I suggest to go find a real dentists office with permanent receptionists who work there.
This dentist gave me so much hope he could fix my teeth then just said he can’t do it!! I told my husband and everyone I was finally hopeful and he just told me know and said have a good weekend!!! Worst dentist ever!!! Never contacted me that was a lie Now the filling that you did on my son came out and you used all my insurance of course now I have to pay !!!!!
Dentist and hygienist were great. However booking staff need to listen to their clients. Due to my job, I asked for a Saturday appointment for a tooth extraction, only to discover they booked it for a Tuesday afternoon. Will never return
