I have had a lot of dental work done in my life, so am no stranger to the process. I am a new patient at the Orillia location, having just moved here from Hamilton. I was greeted warmly and made to feel very welcome during my “drop-in” visit. An appointment was made quickly, at my convenience for a cleaning. 5 star treatment followed within this bright, modern, fastidiously clean facility. This is the best dentist I've ever been to! I have a phobia of dentists, that has increased overtime due to really awful experiences with other dentists. I have avoided the dentist for years, I needed a lot of work done, and the bigger the problem became the more I feared going to the dentist. As a new patient, I wanted to share my experience beginning with my initial visit on January 14, as transparency is important when choosing a dental provider. While the clinical care itself was fine, I was uncomfortable with the lack of advance communication around costs. Ii called with no appointment. I explained what was wrong and the fit me in right away. The staff were very friendly and made me feel at ease. I was on my way within a half our on the road to recovery. I will be returning for my future dental work. Thank you Georgian Dental!
