I'm a regular patient of theirs. They're always super nice and professional, but I felt exta thankful on my latest visit. I recently had a filling replacement procedure, and was terrified from the anesthesia (due to past experience). Long story short, the staff really knows how to calm you down when you're stressed. The visit was quick and with minimum pain. They make you feel like you're in good hands.
My last visit was very productive. Starting with appointments punctuality to the great and very welcoming reception by wonderful females, to the physical care of my teeth by very experienced hygienist and amazing knowledgeable dentist. All was 5 star service.
From intake to checkout, I had a wonderful experience at Gladstone Dental Centre as a new patient! Katherine was super friendly and welcoming as soon as I walked through the door, Jaya was so sweet and supportive through all my scans, and Dr. Shepherd was great at talking me through my dental health. Upon checking out Christina, Jacinthe, and Katherine were super thorough in ensuring that my insurance was processed correctly. I'd recommend this clinic to anyone looking for a dentist in the North End!!!
The dentist was great. Very personable and attentive. The office, however, looks a bit scuffed, paint chipped in places, everything has that slightly worn sheen to it. Also, when I went in April for my first appointment, they said they didn't have any cleaning appointments until September 🤯
im usually terrified of going to the dentist but dr. reno & ellie were so delightful every time i was there! everything went so smoothly from booking to consult to treatment. absolutely loved my time there, considering ive always hated getting dental work done 😅 i can eat ice cream without pain just in time for the summer 🙏🏽 cheers!
