I had an excellent experience here. They helped me with Invisalign and also repaired the worn part of my front tooth. The results are outstanding. I have been going to this clinic for over a year since I moved, and their hygiene service is also exceptional. After each cleaning, my head feels lighter. This is the WORST DENTAL CLINIC!!! Honestly, the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced! Do yourself a favour - go to a different clinic!!! I got an official confirmation about my appointment by text message, replied Yes, I confirm. The day before my appointment, they called me. I was busy and didn't pick up the phone. And they just cancelled it on me without notifying. The appointment was on Saturday at 11, so they could have called me in the morning, but they didn't. Was a good dental office but will be find a new one for the future. Does not respect schedule appointment times. Constantly trying to change them at last minute. Very unprofessional and inconsiderate for the clients. People work, people have lives and plan their days out. People need to make arrangements to their schedules to make the appointments for you. So YOU should honor the appointment you scheduled your client.
It is more than 3 years that me and my family are this dental clinic patients. Dr Farnaz who I am her client, is supper expert in diagnostic and treatment services. She never suggest you extra services that are not necessary for you. About receptionist, Pantea is one of the best in coordination the appointments and caring about your availability and insurance coverage.
I had my cleaning, annual check up, and specialist consultation in this office, and I highly recommend Glen Park dental office if you need detailed attention to your teeth. Front-line staff are polite, respectful, and professional . The dentists and specialists are highly experienced.
