As always my dental cleaning and exam were efficient, complete and friendly. Sarah’s gentle skills and personality are greatly appreciated. Dr Chris’ immediate availability for dental repairs was a timesaver for me, saving another trip into the office. The chair side manner and efficient skills of both Dr Chris and the dental assistant Kara were much appreciated. Of note is the respect each member of the team demonstrates to each other. Polite. No waiting, appointment on time in and out. Very professional. The owner is fabulous however the dentist that has been working on my teeth is right up there. The owner I wish was there he is a 10 out of 10 when it comes to dentists however I would still give the dentist currently doing my dental work a 9 out of 10 which in my opinion is a high score when I would rate the average dentist a 7 out of 10. I happily drive 1.5 hours to this clinic because they’re truly worth it. Everyone here is caring, trustworthy, and patient — they always make me feel comfortable, even with my severe dental anxiety. If you want quality care, this is the clinic to go to!
We loved every bit of our experience, Gayle is amazing and such a lovely person to be greeted by and is so helpful every step of the way, payment, booking, she is always happy to help! The staff work so well with children my child has had a great experience and loves going to visit her dentist/ hygienist! Overall we love our Glencoe Family Dentistry Team!❤️
Dr. Patel is always very good at explaining everything she is doing (including letting me know she is almost done). I have severe anxiety about getting dental work done, but I am always put at ease. They are always very patient with me.
