I had a very frustrating experience with this clinic. I ordered one set of retainers at the end of January and only received them in June. Throughout the entire process, I had to follow up with the clinic multiple times myself. No one proactively contacted me with updates, explanations, or a clear solution. I always have a positive experience at this dental office. The dentists are kind, knowledgeable, and really take the time to help me feel comfortable. I especially appreciated how they helped me manage my stress and pain during my cleaning. Such a caring team!

The clinic denies my previous Google review, claiming there has been no Dr. Gao in recent years.
