The people at the desk were really nice. They had the patience with me to process the paperwork step by step cause it was my first time there. So I would personally would say they have great customer service. Also the person who cleaned my teeth, Jenny, did a wonderful job. Tell Dr Fu to pay his staff. Numerous ladies who have worked there haven’t been paid. That is a disgrace.
The doctors they hired are unprofessional. Doctor told me blood is nutrition to swallow after tooth extraction. He was serious.
I have been going to Dr. Fu for more than a decade. Their staff have been more than friendly, and Dr. Fu provides great advice and puts a big emphasis on not pulling teeth out. I have seen quite a few reviews talking about the lengthy wait for Invisalign. In my experience, I recieved my Invisalign 6 weeks after my appointment.
