The clinic denies my previous Google review, claiming there has been no Dr. Gao in recent years. I have retained all medical documentation and RCDSO complaint records to support that this experience did happen at your offices. The procedure took place at your Highway 7, Markham location. My daughter had her 4 wisdom teeth removed on one visit at Global Dental Markham location. We had been worried as she was having some gum infection at the time. She was given some antibiotics the day before in prevention. To our relief, the teeth extraction went incredibly well and they did follow-up call the next day to check on her condition and gave reminders for after surgery care. Dr. Fu is the best dentist I met in Toronto. Strongly recommended for those who have dental issues especially if you have any complicated problems that other dentist cannot handle, come to see Dr. Fu. That's what I do for the past 20 years. The Clinic is very clean and staff is very professional.

This office is the most unprofessional place I've ever been to. I declined taking a panoramic xray as I have already had my wisdom teeth out. Dr Fu refused to look at all the all the bite wings they took that day and said I must take a panoramic xray in order to see if I have any cavities. I didn't feel like arguing because I felt very vulnerable in the chair and wanted to get the procedure done. I've been a patient at Global Dental for several years, but I've noticed a significant decline in service over the last 12 months. The main issue is consistent overcharging for basic dental hygiene, and during every visit, there's a push for unnecessary X-rays or additional procedures. This shift in focus from patient care to financial gains has been disappointing. it's time for a change in dental care providers.
