Tiana is an exceptional dental hygienist! My appointment with her was smooth, comfortable, and genuinely pleasant. She’s incredibly thorough, explains everything clearly, and has such a warm, calming presence that makes you feel completely at ease. My teeth have never felt cleaner, and I always leave feeling well cared for. If you’re looking for someone who is professional, gentle, and truly great at what she does, I can’t recommend Tiana enough.
First time coming here to this dental office: As an elder Millennial, this is my experience: Walking right in the doors - not friendly at all. I was told on the phone originally that I would see a doctor upon my visit. Upon arrival, I was then told by the hygienist that I would have to book a full exam afterwards. It was my first time back to the dentist in a few years and I was admittedly nervous. Both the assistant and dentist did a wonderful job at keeping me at ease, explaining every bit of the appointment and overall created a safe and comfortable environment! I sincerely appreciate the care everyone took to make the experience positive for the patient.
What kind of dental clinic accepts you as a new patient, has a hygienist perform a "rushed" cleaning, offers an email address to forward documents and provide follow-up availability dates and then ignores and abandons you without any explanation? (Don't even bother with your silly routine response, "Please call XXX-XXXX to further discuss." You don't get to waste any more of my time.)
This dental clinic is not only the closest to our location but the service is also excellent. The receptionists are extremely kind and the place is very clean. My whole family has been registered into this dental clinic. Highly recommended!
