It was my first time back to the dentist in a few years and I was admittedly nervous. Both the assistant and dentist did a wonderful job at keeping me at ease, explaining every bit of the appointment and overall created a safe and comfortable environment! I sincerely appreciate the care everyone took to make the experience positive for the patient.
Without a doubt, the best place in Ottawa for dental care! You won’t find a better hygienist than Amy, she’s truly one of a kind. Her warm personality and gentle touch will put you at ease and make every visit a positive experience.
I’ve been going here for 12 years. Great staff, great communication, nice office, friendly and welcoming. Dr. Mistry explains things thoroughly and clearly and is a pleasure to deal with. Great location, easy to park, near the highway. Highly recommended.
I wasn’t even a patient here... I was just waiting to pick up my partner... and the experience was enough to make me understand why so many recent reviews are negative. While I was sitting in the waiting area, I overheard a dentist named Fonseca tell her receptionist to “only book emergencies” and not schedule treatments that “waste her time...” It was surprising and disrespectful to hear a dentist talk about patients like that... Excellent staff...polite, helpful and so pleasant. Made me feel welcomed. The dentist often asked how I was doing during my time in the dental chair. So nice in this day and age to be treated so well.. Also everything from dental work to finance questions were well explained. Thumbs up and five stars...I wasn't the only one given the red carpet treatment. I observed anyone who entered got the same wonderful treatment and welcome..
