I had an excellent experience with both Emily, our hygienist, and Dr. Mistry. Emily is incredibly thorough and gentle, making each visit comfortable while ensuring nothing is overlooked. I love Amy and will miss her. Dr. LeHa is the BEST!! He has been my dentist for +25yr. All clinic staff are very professional and have great customer service.
Have been a client for many years and have never had an issue until yesterday. The front end staff are rude and unprofessional. The one receptionist even had the audacity to tell me "the government is removing status so your son lost his status", this statement is not only untrue and not factual but perhaps your staff should review Bill S-2 before making such uneducated comments. I guess as well as a clinical visit can go. What I had anticipated to be difficult and stressful turned out to be smooth and pain free. The science has come a long way, and the team is knowledgeable, experienced and does good work. -Fred
Tiana is an exceptional dental hygienist! My appointment with her was smooth, comfortable, and genuinely pleasant. She’s incredibly thorough, explains everything clearly, and has such a warm, calming presence that makes you feel completely at ease. My teeth have never felt cleaner, and I always leave feeling well cared for.
