My family has gone here for as long as I can remember, ever since the receptionists changed a few years ago, it has gone down hill. 1. With the old ones, I would have an appointment and a payment within the same month that was agreed, I would just pay it when my appointment is scheduled as it’s easier. With this staff, I was scheduled 3 days after payment which was usually fine but this time the new receptionists threatened me to call the police for unpaid fees..? First time visiting Go Dental I was very pleased and comfortable. The dentist and assistant provided the best care and service. They did an excellent job! Without a doubt the best dentists in calgary! The entire staff is so friendly and welcoming the Dr's did such a great job on all 3 of my kids teeth my two boys needed quite a few teeth pulled neither of them felt any discomfort or pain they barely even knew what was happening until it was already over both were so excited to see their dentists they call them "the cool drs" and omg the receptionists are Rockstars! Waste of time and money!! Paid almost full price for only half a cleaning and no fluoride or polish which is what was quoted when he made the appointment.So my husband came in today for a cleaning and was absolutely disgusted by the way he was treated by the hygienist. Rushed the appointment, it was supposed to be 1 hour cleaning, fluoride and polish. After 30 minutes he’s rushing my husband out saying there’s no time to finish it and that he needs to pay for another separate appointment . it was awful and we will never come... read more
I dislike going to the dentist , but these guys make it so comfortable and always reassure you . Dr. Tuma is so fast and good . I would recommend anyone to come to them .
