They were really nice and accommodating. When I was 6 I had a dentist suffocate me to stop crying (back in the mid 1980s) so I generally have loads of anxiety when it comes to dentists. I’m over it for the most part but the anxiety does creep in. Staff had me at ease though and kept checking on me. The work was really well done. From the cleaning to the fillings.
We had a great experience yesterday in this clinic. The doctor and her assistant were very nice to us. The services price was really good too. We felt comfortable.
This company hasn’t figured it out that this is Not a money making venture and I had to constantly ask for costs and still they went ahead with services that weren’t covered. I will take my business elsewhere like Mexico which are 1/4 of their costs and still do a good job. Their dental hygienist Justin was good however!
I took my daughter in for a filling that fell out. He did alot more that needed to be done. There was 4 cavities that he re did that we just got done 2 months the prior. He seemed pushy and it was hard for me to advocate for myself because I couldn't be sure but my intuition was going crazy as soon as he started talking to me. I had been going here for quite some time, and my dentist no longer works there. i was not informed, and they have a new sign up about the Canada Privacy act, in regards to letting you know if your visit is covered or not. You have to take a gamble. I assumed i had coverage, went in, got work done, none was covered and it cost me 200 dollars i could not afford because of a life altering car accident and my ability to work.
