I have dental cleanings every 3–4 months and have been doing so for many years in more than 15 countries, so I feel confident saying this was the worst experience of my life. It felt like the clinic was using technology from the 15th century — literally scraping my teeth with a metal instrument instead of modern methods like Airflow or similar gentle techniques. The staff is very friendly ,explained to me what's going on with my tooth and what is their plans to fix my tooth problems. I totally recommends this place for anyone who is looking for a dentist. Shout out to Crystal and other dentists. Those guys really care for their customers.
I came here at the recommendation of a friend, and I am very glad I did. I had an initial appointment with Crystal, who was friendly and knowledgeable, and explained everything as she went, which helped so much with my anxiety. At that appointment they found a nasty cavity and I was able to be booked in just a couple days later for a filling. I had a great experience at Grandville Dental. The staff were very friendly and gave me a warm welcome as soon as I arrived. The dental work was fast, professional, and made me feel comfortable throughout the visit. I was able to claim with CDCP easily, which was a big plus. I’m very happy with the service I received and would definitely recommend this place!
I really appreciate the team at Granville Station Dental. Dental hygienist Michelle is extra wonderful. Due to a bad experience at the dentist in childhood, going to the dentist used to make me sick-to-my-stomach nervous. Because of Granville Dental, I don't feel that way anymore.
