Dr. Armstrong did an amazing job in my filling! He made my front teeth beautiful again! Thank you Dr. Armstrong! I’m super happy and satisfied! 🥰 And, shoutout to my hygienist, Vanessa, too. She really cleaned my teeth thoroughly, and I super loved it! 🥳 Their dental assistants are professional and very efficient too! ☺️ And, I would like to thank their wonderful staff, Marie and Michelle, for really putting their efforts to squeeze me into their schedule as I need the care asap! Thanks guys! 😍
I called in because I had irritated gums and it got worse over a couple of days. The irritation turned out to be an infection. I called Great Slave Dental on a Saturday morning and they were able to fit me in the same day as I was about to leave to Europe for a month the next day. Thank goodness I was able to get in to see Dr. Armstrong as it would have been a miserable trip with the infection. I have always received great service with Dr. Armstrong and his staff and will continue to be a patient there. One happy customer.
Very disappointed in my recent visit. I have been going to this dentist for a few years and have always had great experiences with Dr. Armstrong and Dr. Fallis, as well as the hygienists. However, my last appointment was a simple hygiene appointment where the hygienist “cleaned” my teeth in less than 10 minutes, did not floss, and then attempted to take x-rays without providing me a lead apron because “research shows we don’t have to do that anymore.” If that is the case, then there should be no reason why the hygienist has ... read more
After a bit of a gap between visits, like many Northerners, I tend to wait until it feels necessary, I found myself in need of a cleaning and had a couple of cavities to address. I was able to get an appointment quickly with Dr. Armstrong, and the work was taken care of promptly. As always, the staff were welcoming and easy to talk to. Visiting Dr. Armstrong consistently always turns out to be a more positive experience than I expect. I shouldn't wait so long.
From the actual dentists, the hygienist, the dental assistants, and reception, I have had nothing but great, comfortable, accommodating service. Have always had anxiety about the dentist but the care at this place goes above and beyond so that helped tremendously. Would recommend these guys to anyone.
