I've always had a fantastic experience here! The staff is always calm, friendly and accommodating. The dental hygienists are very knowledgeable, skilled and are a joy to work with. The dental office is not located close to me (~30min drive) but I'm happy to go out of my way to come here.
This place is ok but lately I haven’t been happy with the overall service and the costs seems to be escalating or something not adding up. Everything seems to be focused so much on money!!! Not a good trend. Followed up with reception and appreciate the clarity provided for my experience and I am happy with the outcome of our conversation and plan moving forward. An excellent experience from start to finish. The smiles, the clear communication, the gentle touch, and no pain. On time, and no rushing. I was there for almost three hours, and even had a nap while waiting for my crown to be made! I would definitely recommend this business.
