The staff has always been kind and helpful, especially when I am having work done to my teeth. They are always concerned if I am experiencing any pain or discomfort which I appreciate very much. I am 63 and have had a few dentists over my lifetime and can honestly say thus far my experience here has been excellent. Would recommend this dentist without a doubt. Thank you L. Cooke
Clean and modern office. Knowlegable, honest, very friendly, easygoing staff, which helps if you're anxious about dental appointments. I had such a great experience that I booked in my child as a new patient as soon as my appointment was finished. Recommended to my friends already.
Added after the owner’s reply: Your response further reflects the lack of professionalism I experienced during my visit. Nothing justifies the tone your receptionist used when speaking to me. Regardless of any circumstances, patients deserve to be treated with respect. I called ahead to explain that I had an emergency and had confused the appointment time. This place is ok but lately I haven’t been happy with the overall service and the costs seems to be escalating or something not adding up. Everything seems to be focused so much on money!!! Not a good trend. Followed up with reception and appreciate the clarity provided for my experience and I am happy with the outcome of our conversation and plan moving forward. I have had wonderful experiences at this dental office. Every time I arrive, the staff make me feel welcome and at ease. The doctor and nurses are professional and gentle, and always takes the time to explain everything clearly, which I really appreciate. They are incredibly kind and attentive. Overall, I consistently feel well cared for and comfortable during my visits.
