Had my 1st appointment at Green Meadows as a new patient. Firstly very punctual and professional. Secondly, Kylie my hygienist was just a glowing girl that made my 1st visit very comfortable. Great at her job as well. Top Drawer!!
Great dental hygienist I had!! She is amazing and I have had her two in the row, which it unusual for Green Meadows. I would like to have the same hygienist for all my dental appointments. I don't like to have a different hygienist every time I go there.
As a person who struggles with dental anxiety, I really appreciate the staff at Green Meadows Dental. I feel patient input and concerns are taken seriously. They're also very gracious and flexible with scheduling--and they tend to be on time! Front office staff are efficient while still being chatty and kind.
It's fine. I've liked the hygienists I've had thus far, but more than one of my appointments the clinic changed my appointment time and never informed me directly or asked if the new time worked, which I didn't like at all. I would also like to very clearly state that this clinic is not accessible (particularly wheelchair accessible, as they claim on Google) and I find it concerning that they say it is. When I was in for a regular cleaning and check up, through x-rays they found two small cavities in a molar tooth. I was back in yesterday and they fixed me up in a good way. All of the team members are cordial and efficient. They know their stuff.
